That case is a Classic, I use to have the Antec SX635 that looked simalar to that At the time I ran a AMD athlon XP 2400+ 2Ghz, 2GB DDR ram, and 256MB 6800 GT AGP in it.

What would you guys say is the best case for air cooling? I've read a bit that the HAF X is decent, or the 650D. Is there anything else within that price range? Max 180 USD, has good cord management and such.

I love my stryker:   It was a dream to build a computer in. Pretty much had everything i could ever want in a pc case and just looks sexy. Some other cases i really like are Corsair 600D, Fractal r4, and the silverstone raven. If i build another PC i would probably grab the raven.

I'm using the Cooler Master HAF-X I love this thing, It's huge. I went from mid-tower to full-tower and I don't think I'll ever go back to mid towers... Loved that chieftech case. I remember alienware using that case back in like 2002-2003. My favorite case has to be the Silverstone TJ03. Beautiful case. But my new love has to be my 700D from Corsair that's currently housing my SR-2. The 900D looks absolutely stunning though. Corsair is my new go to company.
