Fans behavior on 3080Ti FTW3 Ultra (Fans always spinning)

Dear community,
 
My issue is simple: On my 3080Ti FTW3 Ultra the fans are constantly spinning.
I just started my pc, everything is on auto and see the screenshot attached.
I had 3080 FTW3 Ultra - this was never an issue. I had 3070 FTW3 Ultra - never an issue, 3070Ti idk  would need to check.
All other 3000cards - no issues at all.
 
My PC is set to "balanced". I dont have poor Airflow (as already said, this was never an issue until 3080Ti).

    Are you on the standard BIOS or OC BIOS mode?

    OC mode does not have the 0dB fan mode, need to switch to the normal BIOS for that. The OC mode has a more aggressive fan curve.
