Hello guys! I recently just bought a 2080ti ftw3 ultra and I have precision x1 installed and I am noticing that fan 1 for me is constantly at a lower rpm than the other two fans about 150 rpm slower. Is this normal? I just assumed the fans would all be the same rpm. Any information would be helpful thank you!

Yes, normal. Manufacturing tolerances assure that it would be very rare for all 3 fans to ever spin at exactly the same speed at the same percentage setting. Fans are usually spec'd at X RPM +/- Y percent or Y RPM and that tolerance will have some effect over the entire fan's range of operation.
