guys I've been trying to change bios switch from 1 to 2 to 3 but still have the same problem...my 3 H150i fans still spinning like crazy, and my VRAM fans too...I have all set up to SMART control and Bios 1.14, Aio connected to CPU1_FAN...what can I do to actually make them be "smart"  or controlling them manually?

I would set the Fans in the Bios Back to the Defaults, if you changed the VRM Fans then you should set them back to the Default Settings in the Bios.
Is your "Aio connected" have 3 Pins or 4 Pins?

Sorry thought was a similar issue...
 
Is a Corsair 150i pro...3 fans connected to shrouded 4 pin connectors on the pump and this splitter is connected with 3 pin connection to the CPU1_FAN

Connect pump power cable to
an available SATA power plug (figure 1).
• Connect pump tach cable to the CPU_FAN
header on your motherboard (figure 1).
• Connect each fan to the shrouded
4 pin connectors on the pump (figure 2).

 
Figure 1 has a left picture of a sata power connector and a right picture of a 3 pin connector going onto an 3 pin header on a board
Figure 2 has a picture of a cable plugging into a cable
 
Basically you are plugging a tach cable into the fan header on the motherboard to report (according to the above) pump speed
Fan speeds are controlled through the Corsair software not the motherboard and I think you need to use the software to view the fan speeds as well since they are only reporting the pump speed to the board
 
As to the rest of the fan settings you have changed for the VRM set them back to default for the time being

Using the included CORSAIR LINK USB cable,
attach pump unit to a motherboard USB header.

 
That is how the pump assembly will communicate with the software
No need to buy anything else

Like an idiot of course I forgot that to control the fans on the radiator I needed the USB type C cable to be connected to the pump and then to the motherboard as well...just plugged it in and the USB female 10 pin to the Commander PRO USB header, so now I can control all the 3 fans on the radiator and the 6 on the case using iCue and Corsair Link...nothing else is controlled  by the motherboard itself :)

Power is the vrm fans, in the image above you can see PCH, go into there and look your options
