Can I also get the last bios for my EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti FPB (P/N 01G-P3-1561-KR) and link to instructions/flash utility.  I am upgrading from a EVGA 240 series, which has been pretty rock solid.

hi Thereverant, i am having similar problems, it is due to Direct X11 and the voltages our cards have. i have not yet updated my bios, but i thought i would share with you that using EVGA precision X and raising/adjusting the voltage to 1051mv has helped with stability quite a lot, just keep an eye on your temps though, i cant comment on that because i use water cooling and don't have that problem. I will run some tests on higher voltages soon, i can keep you informed if you wish. i will also update the bios on my both my cards one by one and see if this helps the problem further.

We were getting more and more cards that were bricked because of bad flashes. We decided to pull it for now.

I've got 3 GTX 580s that need firmware upgrades. 2 are newer hardware revisions of 015-P3-1582-AR, and one is the older hardware revision of 015-P3-1582-AR. Are there any differences in firmware for the newer and older hardware? What info do you need to make sure you send me the correct firmware download link?
 

Glad to see you got your update. can you tell me, does precision X still let u change voltages etc with the new bios installed?? I am still waiting to receive mine. Hope the update cures all your problems.

What I am confused about, is why there hasn't been a revised bios if there were so many problems with the last update.
I have a gtx 580 3gb and it was made mental by the update, so I managed to flash back and everything went back to normal.  Still doesn't change the fact that I want the unlock!  :) 

Would it be possible to get the firmware for 025-P3-1579-AR, please?

I'm new here and I don't know if this is the right place where ask help. I've a problem with one of my GTX580; when I use it after some minutes happen that the "fan speed" is fixed at 100% but the "fan tachometer" decrese the RPM and the temperature grow till crash all. I've checked the fans and both work. I don't know what to do. This is my reference card: GTX580DS 015-P3-1587-KR

Another update with some screen shots so you all can better understand what happen (better than me ).
I'm working with 2 GTX580 (no SLI and different models and BIOS) and in the screen shots you can see that the GPU1 work without any trouble and the GPU2 (the EVGA one) make some crazy things.
In these screen shots you can see that at a certain point the "fan speed" is at 100% but the "fan tachometer" go down and after some times start to dance up and down.
The same things happen even if I install only this graphic card (I did some tests also in this condition and nothing change). No problem with power supply.
