Unfortunately as someone who beta tested this patch, performance issues still exist both for nvidia and amd, Shadows are done on the CPU still and only using 1-2 cores resulting in no way you are going to play with Ultra Shadow Distance with Ultra everything else, NPC's not respawning and repopulating the world as they should, LOD manager still not working right, increased load times from the last official patch, god rays no way to turn it them off again, Gauss Rifle getting stuck in iron sights and not being able to fire, Gatling laser and Gatling gun if in power armor taking fusion cores from PA then showing you have no ammo. To the new patch breaking fully for some on both lower end/older AMD/Nvidia hardware. Just because you are not having an issue does not mean none exist, we told Bethesda the beta patch was not ready for an official patch. We got ignored...

increased load times from the last official patch

My load times went from super fast to ridiculous slow.

Any have a link to a video showing the new graphical effects for Nvidia? I tried out some weapons but didn't notice any change.

I was noticing a visual difference last night my missed shots.  There were puff of dust from the bullet impacts.  I want to say that's new as I cant recall that happening.

And yeah, load times have gotten pretty bad at times.

Always some improvements, fix for problems, tweaks, mods exclusive for GeForce.
I notice that long time ago with Radeon cards.

I will leave Fallout 4 with some new graphic card with more video memory.
Now I need to finish Fallout 3 and later New Vegas.
