I submitted a question to EVGA tech support yesterday about my issue, but wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue before?
Brand new FTW3 3070 and it's constantly flashing 3 red LEDs (above the PCIE plugs). This happens right at power up and stays flashing indefinitely. The LED strip is also static and no longer changing colors.
 
One of the last things I did before this started happening was install the firmware update when prompted by Precision X1. The fans went crazy but then I got a success message and everything went back to normal. Or so I thought since the computer continues to be functional.
 
I've already checked the PCIE plugs and also disconnected the computer from the wall to try to reset everything. I have AMD 5600X, Asus Strix B550-F mobo, Seasonic GX-750 PSU.

    did you check the card is fully plug in to the pci-e Slot? if not check this video  "Dead! NVIDIA RTX 3090 FTW3 Stops Working, Will EVGA RMA it?" he has a dead 3090, but you need to search it, as I can't post the youtube link.
