    I'm fairly certain you'll be able to play it at max settings with your 2080 Super at 2560x1440. Maybe not at 144Hz but certainly more than playable at max settings and being an RPG game I doubt you'll "need" ultra high refresh rates to enjoy it.

    While it’s an RPG it does seem to have shooter elements that need fast action. As for Max settings I am not so sure we will be running it at Max right off the bat. With Witcher 3 getting a graphical update it seems they want to make a game that will have a legacy and look better five years in the future then it does today.

    Question, why does the ad on the evga home page say "Terms and Conditions apply". Terms and conditions for what? Is this the new promo game?

    I don't think it is, my guess is "Terms and Conditions apply" was put there automatically or as part of a legal boilerplate, better to have it and not need it, so it's put everywhere regardless.
     
     
    No free promo game stuff, just an ad about the cards and game from what I can see.

    It would be amazing if it was to be the next game offered after Watchdogs 3 both Watchdogs 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 are my must play games this fall and if the past games by CD Project Red and Watchdogs series are any indication I should be good for what to play for the fall. Witcher 3 took me a really long time to finish so I have high hopes for Cyberpunk.
