Hello Community. I am building a new rig at the moment and I just got Evga 1600W T2 Power supply. I am not in the US. I am in Qatar. We have 3 pin plugs. So to use the supplied cable from the PSU , I will need some kind of adapter.

I have another cable that I was planning to use, which is from a Aruba 5400 network switch. This cable is also used with other switch types up to 3000W. Just making sure before connecting anything because it is shipped internationally and I don't want to screw thing up. I have attached a photo of the cable I am trying to use. I also tried to find specs for the cable but below is what I managed to find.

Power cord - Three conductor, 2.5m (8.2ft) long - Has BS 1363 (M) plug for power input and IEC straight (F) C19 receptacle (For 220-230VAC in the U.K., Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia)

I managed to find this on the Cord. The wall plug has 13A 250V rating , and the C19 connector has 16A 250V rating. I think I should be ok ?

Yep once you go to the 1600W T2 the standard PSU cable will not work. That large PSU needs a cable that can handle voltage of 250V. I was not ever going to get one but since that PSU is over kill for me,
BUT the Xmas sale last year made it a no brainer! Enjoy one of THE best PSUs made!
