What immediately struck a red flag for me, I'm all about some sleep and when I saw the words *pineal gland" thankfully with a hyperlink I knew I had to share it. It's been said that fluoride it at the HIGHEST LEVELS in the pineal gland area and that melatonin production can be reduced. I'veread a lot about melatonin and it does a lot more than help you sleep, it helps out you immune system and as I've said before can help prevent cancer. I don't know what free radicals ate but the site says melatonin cam help prevent those as well. I strongly suggest getting a serious fluoride water filter and I have some tabs open on my computer so when I get out of bed I'll help you all with that ASAP. I would suggest to NOT brush your teeth with your current tooth paste and just user your brush -- buy some non fluoride tooth paste but not from Colgate or crest etc, I read from an amazon review that Colgate was the first one to add fluoride to the tooth paste. Tel your family and friends because this doesn't seem to be known about by many.

I just finished reading it! Please don't be rude. I was also trying to say that I'm unfamiliar with fluoride filters to recommend one just yet and I know fluoride is harmful, I'm familiar with that now and it was not what I was referring to.

Hmm, it's something that may need a bit deeper digging, as nearly all of it's links regarding the effects of fluoride, link to it's own site. It also shows itself as a site against fluoride, and ADA.org (American dental association) as for it.
While it does have an "alarmist" feel to it. Things like this are best researched from both sides. And by that I don't mean, click on links offered by a site with one opinion. Go to the other side's site, and search from there as well. Then add in your best attempt at neutral research (starting with neither a pro or anti site) and see what you get.

You know what, I agree with you on this one. Fluoride is a poison.....it was used as a rat poison and it is downright idiocy to be adding it to the water supply of the population. Almost all of Western Europe has rejected fluoridation of their water supply on the grounds that it DOES NOT WORK, and that it is MORALLY REPREHENSIBLE to forcibly medicate the entire population. This is one of those things though that have been around so long and seems just a part of normal life that anybody that says anything against it is just some tin-foil hat wearing idiot. Unfortunately this is a real issue, and fluoride should be removed from our water supply. Toothpaste, fine, leave it in there.....but at least people have a choice of non-fluoride toothpaste.
The Delta between being good for our teeth and being bad for our health is too small.....1PPM is good, 4PPM and greater is detrimental to our health.
Studies have shown fluoride does not prevent tooth decay. What does prevent tooth decay? PROPER DENTAL HYGIENE!!! As well, restricting sugar intake to as little as possible would also be advised as sugar is the number 1 cause of accelerated tooth decay.

My IQ is pretty high and I consume pure flouride on a daily basis therefore this is debunked... Next he'll say fracking is bad.... I do not believe in the benefits of fluoride but it's pretty harmless... Correlation does not equal causation... We only hear from activists not true scientists they don't have time to take time away from their real important research to educate people.... It may be bad in large amounts I prefer to use baking soda... These articles are made to screw people more than anything...

I'll look into it but I'm quite convinced fluoride is bad so far. ..
It is pretty bad in pure form and if you consume mass amounts it's not good but it's also not something I'll worry about I drink water that is flouride free....

You consume pure fluoride daily? Like what do you mean and what amount? Like fluoride snack bars? Fluoride is not harmless which is why it made a great rat poison. Even the FDA knows the dangers of fluoride and that there is more than enough fluoride in a single tube of children's tooth paste to kill a 60 lb. child. This is why there are warning labels on toothpaste to contact poison control if more toothpaste is ingested than used just for brushing.
