What does your email say? And what is your date stamp? (I want to make sure that the email you received is not just the initial sign-up confirmation email but is, in fact, an "invite to purchase" email.)  Also, worst case scenario, reply to the email (it should have come from autonotify@evga.com) with your intent to purchase the card.  And then, if there is still a hang-up, you can call them (1.888.881.EVGA (3842)) during their work hours (9 am to 6 pm PT) and they should be able to help you out.

I won the Newegg Shuffle for a 5800X, got a few hours to decide if I wanna purchase.  Guess I'm gonna look at X570 boards & see if I wanna go down that road or not O_o

You have a KingPin and like Port Royal, stick with Intel. I have a KP and 5900X, I am almost 100% positive it is gimping my KP scores.

Apparently they sent out more emails than they had stock for with the 3898 today.

Did they tell you that when you called or is that your perspective?  

My friend who got a notify contacted them. Not my experience, but I was 9:04:45 and didn't get a notify for a data point.

You have a KingPin and like Port Royal, stick with Intel. I have a KP and 5900X, I am almost 100% positive it is gimping my KP scores.

For me it's not just about benchmarks though, and the 5800X destroys my CPU in games I think.  Watching some reviews on it now.  Got about 2 hours to decide - got the Email midway through installing the new heatsinks on the back of my card.  They look swa though :-D

Eh that's fine, if I miss out I miss out... I'm honestly pretty set on the 11900k/eVGA Z590 Dark path, but if I can find a motherboard that fits the motif I want that's X570, might do it.

I should apologize and explain. My frustration is showing. Earlier though I had something.... decent. I "won" the ability to order an MSI 3070 Ventus. Defiantly not the card I would ever pick if I had a choice, literally had 12+ BB pages up, most with "Add to cart" lit, but not able to ship to me. Ordered it, ($810 for a 3070 of dubious quality, not great). But to add to it, got the email just a bit before I uncoolly replied to your post that due to shipping issues, my order of a below average, above cost card has been canceled.  Also got my notice that none of the items on the Newegg RNG BS Machine.. er I mean shuffle, did I "win" the chance to buy.
 
I know a lot of people have much greater issues than myself, but fighting for almost 5 months for a [bleeping] gpu is frustrating to say the least, and to "fight" for these prized items, I have to compete against my fellow geeks, nerds, and tech enthusiasts. Which I loath. I really REALLY hate the competition and fight for these things, it goes so much against my nature. I, and no doubt 90+% of everybody else, work very hard for funds to live and eat, I loath having to fight for the items to fulfill a hobby/past-time.
 
Again, I apologize for snapping, just a bit frazzled today.

Seems like from what I have read about the AMD chips, we should expect a variant of the 6 and 8 core with integrated graphics eventually
but I am just guessing at this point
