I thought I got in for the notify around 9:15 for the 3898. Turns out it was 9:26.... couldn’t get onto the website. Looks like I’m going to be waiting another few months... I’m honestly going to give up. Can’t deal with this anymore. Such a waste of time chasing these things only to get disappointed. Best of luck everyone
I think a lot of people had the same experience. allenwr1505 posted a direct link to the auto-notify in the Hybrid/HC thread. That saved a few people who were active in the thread when the auto-notify went live.

I don't know the situation in Us but i think is the same then here in europe.We can see five or six 3080 for day in every europe shop.I'm losing hope and i i really think ,one day where i can buy an rtx 3080 it's be already old.

I just now placed my order for thev3080 FTW3 Ultra, got into queue on the 18th of September at 8:23:26 AM PST.

For EVGA alone? Nine different SKUs, of which five were launched September 16th and four added since (the Hybrids/Watercooled versions). To date, only the Ultra variants of the 3080 (XC3 Ultra and FTW3 Ultra) along with the Hybrid models have made any significant progress in their respective queues.
10G-P5-3881-KR 9/17/2020 9:44:07 PM PT No 10 SKUs "launched" on 9/16, three of which have queues that still haven't even reached the 9/17 release date. EVGA: where are the 3881, 3883, and 3895?

That’s what I’m saying, it’s so unfair for people who signed up for 3080 xc3 cards 3 months ago and still waiting for their cards while some lucky guys signed up for these hybrid cards recently got a 3080 before us. That’s not how a queue system should be. Fulfill the cards from launch first shoulf be the priority. It’s a shame 3080 xc3 gaming is not even out yet a bunch of hybrids have already been sold
Not really.. I declined a fan-cooled XC3 back in early November after hearing there was going to be a hybrid version for it. Had there been hybrid kits at the time, I would have purchased one with the fan XC3. The best thing to do is get in the queue and forget about the cards until you get your email. The FoMo is real though. Perhaps if we have to wait long enough we might have the opportunity to get a Ti in the near future instead.

Seems to me a fair idea at this point would be for EVGA to basically offer any new SKUs to those already in any of the queues. Basically, just email out the offer as if they were getting the SKU they signed up for and give them the same 8 hour window to purchase and if not trickle on down to the next.
I'd certainly be willing to seriously consider a new SKU in place of one I'm already signed up for. Especially as I've signed up for just about everything but the 3090 SKUs.

I think you are about 8.3 minutes out on the 3898 and about 11.5 minutes out on the 3888... There will be no progress from 12/23/2020 - 1/5/2021, though there could be a substantial drop after the holidays since the countries where they are produced don't celebrate Christmas or New Years..

As long as it was a comparable GPU, this would be a fair offering. My opinion is that EVGA has no interest in producing the none hydro cards.
