I just received my email stating I can purchase my card with the direct link provided in my email. The direct link is not working and says evgaqas.com's server IP address could not be found. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
How can I resolve this so I can purchase my card?  I do not want to lose out on my 5 hour window due to a server issue.

Sounds like a local PC issue with DNS resolution. Might want to check your settings.

3090 FTW3 Ultra 24G-P5-3987-KR, 10/2/2020 3:47:31 PM so I am expecting my email any minute now, right @EVGA_JacobF....<F5>no...<F5>....no....<F5>....cry

In this boat too. I signed up for the both cards and even though I really only want the 3080, if the 3090 comes up first, that is what I am buying.

Tried signing out and back in one 3 different devices with the same error.  I changed evgaqas.com to evga.com and now it brings me to the 30 series special notice with red text at the bottom stating "The link is unavailable!"

Does your account email for EVGA match the email you used to sign up for Auto Notify.

Also when was the Email sent... You get 8 hours.. If your email is from yesterdays release.. You might be too late.

Your the first person so far to report they got an email today... Just hoping its not actually from yesterday.

I'm having the same exact problem. Got email says bad dns. Changed the url to evga.com and I have the same red text. Maybe the emails were sent in error?

when switching to evga.com and getting that red text- Are you signed in on your account and does that account email match the email from the auto-notify? (I really don't know if that will help, but something to check)

I love the new system.  One improvement that I'd really, really like to see is some way to tell where we are in the queue.  I hit the auto-notify button on day one, and I've seen posts of people who said they hit it on day two who have gotten their email, but I haven't received one.

Did you go back and redo the auto-notify to confirm that you are on the list? It will tell you the first registered time.

Re: New EVGA.com Notification Checkout Process 2020/10/07 11:00:25 (permalink)
Thanks for the help everyone!  I had to remove the 'qas' from the URL and sign out/in multiple times.  Eventually I got it to work after like the 4th time logging into my EVGA account.  Card has been ordered and I just received the confirmation email!  Thank you so much EVGA for ending my F5 rampage.

For those curious, I signed up to be notified for all the XC3 cards @ 630AM when it came live, and the FTW cards almost immediately after they went live.  The card I purchased now was EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING 10G-P5-3897-KR, which is the one I wanted.  So glad the one I wanted the most came available first!

Edit:  Also notice that I had 2 EVGA.com accounts.  I think it got confused while I was switching back and forth as I was unsure which account was linked to the email address I received the email on.

I signed up for Auto Notify on like 9/18 or 9/19 for the XC3s. Never got any emails.
But I signed up again on 10/5 after the announcement just to make sure I was signed up.

Now checking the date verification, it shows the later 10/5 only. Is there any way to fix this, or am I screwed in the back of the line?

Yes, I am stupid, I read the emails on the notify and account had to match but didn't realize mine didn't.

Changed "qas" from link.
Changed my email to the email on notification.
Logged put and back in
Poof!! Got my card ordered! Awesome!

Thank You!!

I got emailed the link, had to remove the qas part and it worked. I was able to order a 3080 FTW3 Ultra. Can't wait to get my new card and test it out with VR and stuff. My notification time was 9/17/2020 7am.

That's awesome.  I didn't know it did that.  Yeah I see it there so presumably I'm getting somewhat close to the front of the line.  Thanks!

I'm seeing some people with this issue, grain of salt obviously since it may be case by case. When I reentered the autonotify form it says that I previously entered this form on October 5th at 8 something PM. I am 99.99% sure I originally completed the auto-notify form 1-1.5 weeks ago (after the 3090 benchmarks came out and I decided I wanted to go with the 3080 and Watercool announced blocks for the XC3 and possibly the FTW3), and definitely not at 8pm (I'm eating or watching Netflix). I think it counted another attempt and not my original. I added the 3090s just to test and they showed the right time (after that system was implemented). IDK if there is any way to determine if this was made in error or if I'm just SOL?

Sam exact problem I had. It's like the new date overwrote the old one.

Go back and fill out the auto-notify again and it should provide you with your first sign up time. I don't think the notify is tied to an account, but I could be wrong.

Same here.  I do, however, think I submitted "Auto Notify" before I created an account.  Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
