Titanic Tuesday has come and gone.  EVGA_JacobF and his minions drew us like their French girls and and dropped some Queue 2.0 cards to the community. Congratulations to those lucky few.
 
There was also a "slight programming bug happened, which led to the [auto-notify] button showing up" on some of the 3080 12gb product pages. Per EVGA, "We'll honor the small number of notifications that got in, but this should not be considered an example of how the queue will work."  We may see how the 3050 queue will work (at least for Elites) starting on the morning of January 27. I continue to believe it will be a 6 am PT start.

Enewt deserves props.  When Queue 2.0 came out and I had to shrink down to 2 queue positions instead of the dozen or so I had, I asked for opinions as to what to keep and Enewt suggested a 3070 Ti (which I did get in the fall) and the 3090 (which I am very close to).  I am glad I listened to him regardless if no other 3090 is ever produced; it was good advice.

More like a solid 4 weeks.

Speaking of 3797 (3070 Ti FTW3 Ultra), it is tied with 3959 (3080 Ti XC3 Ultra HC) for the second card to reach September 25, 2021.  The first was 3657 (3060 XC Gaming).

The Queue 3.0 has not been available in Europe.
Please make sure to always use the eu online store : eu.evga.com
EVGA Queue 3.0 system rewards loyal EVGA customers, while still giving new customers an opportunity to purchase.
Users who have already purchased an EVGA product will be "prioritised in the Queue ranking.

If it were me (and it was until recently,) I would remove the 3883 notify. That will give you a spot for a Q 3.0 notify too.
 
I had an active 3883 notify in NA queue from 09/16/2020. The queue for that card is nothing but a black pit of despair and sadness. I removed it finally, about a couple weeks ago.

I tried to dig around, but I'm still a bit confused.  So sorry if this is a repeat question.  I haven't received any card yet and I only have two card that are not "removed by User".  Is there any way to get the Active slot moved to the 3060 (3655) instead of the removed 3070?  I stopped paying attention before the 3.0 Queue came out, so it's still a bit confusing for me.

Unfortunately no as no changes can be made in the notifies for queue 2.0 except to remove them if you so desire.

It seems my watch has ended as well. I was able to purchase my card after EVGA sent me another link. I called their sales department and my payment methods weren't working just due to the fact that I live in Europe now instead of the States. I know the payment screen said international credit cards don't work, but I thought my PNC card that I'd never used over here would. At work last night my co-workers and I tried about 10 different cards between us to no avail. I had to have a friend back home buy it and ship it to his house, then he'll send it over to my APO. Now I just need to pay him back.

Camel Day.  Let's hope EVGA remembers our fine, furry friends.
 
As a reminder, the 3050 launch occurs tomorrow.  EVGA Elite members should be able to register for that queue starting on or about 6 am PT tomorrow (January 27).  Non-EVGA Elite accounts should be eligible 24 hours later (on the morning of January 28). My latest information is that the 3090Ti has been delayed (with no announced launch date). For those new to Queue 3.0, I wrote a brief FAQ awhile back.
 
If you are pursuing the 3050, please remember to warm up your F5-finger. ERs are overrun these days and, speaking from experience, it is way too easy to sprain your F5 finger if you fail to engage in even modest stretching or morning calisthenics for your digits. To those entering the F5 battles tomorrow, we salute you.
