That's great! Congratulations. Did you get it by going in person? When I look at Best Buy it said online only. Or, did you get it by checking constantly online? Edit: it shows the model number as 12G-P5-3967-KB WTH does the KB mean?

So the best movement on the 3080s is like 30 minutes a day? So if that trend holds you can be looking at 1-2 months if you are "only" a day behind let alone a few months behind like me

3080 Ti on Ebay is going at a loss, you can still get a profit on a 3080. saw a used one go for 1650 , but they average around 1425 . Performance wise they are so close you wont notice a difference in gaming, trade off the card you can make money on an hold the card you want for your PC

When's the 4000 series coming out? I think I have a better shot at it then anything I have in the que, getting BB to drop on a day I can actually try (always at work when they drop), and newegg shuffle is worthless (archives my 100+ rejection letter).

Woke up this morning and Newegg had in stock RTX cards... Scalped third-party seller cards, but still, I see that as progress. There are only so many of us out there willing to spend the loot on 3070+ cards, and as the profit for scalping dries up, the tide will turn. I know there is the mining argument, but from what I hear, this will affect the lower end cards much more. Long story short, there are only so many of us who want a $800+ graphics card and can truly afford it. As COVID stimuli dries up (for now), this is a shrinking demographic.
Anyways, like to hop in every few days, stir the pot and then wish people good luck. See some movement this week at least, so that's awesome, and some familiar names getting the cards they queued for. Truly good to see.
