Awwww, sorry mate :( If it's any consolation, it's likely the bots would have beat you to it even if you were in the right place at the right time.

#RIP </3 As far as I am aware, it's been 100% in-store pickup this entire time (someone correct me if that's wrong), so probably not worth your time next time :/

Wait , I signed for the 3767-KRon december 27 2020, but I see that hte 3767-KR has latest date of february 2021????? Did I get skipped????

When they released the -KL SKUs (LHR versions), they automatically swapped everyone who was on the -KR version to -KL. You have the option to change back, with the risk that there may never be another -KR drop again. Some people swapped back to -KR and got some GPUs on the last drop, that's why the queue is so far ahead.

TL;DR: you probably aren't queued for the -KR anymore.

oh so i basically missed because of it being honest.... I will just swap back to -KR . I already lost faith of getting a 3070 in any case. hopefully my 1070 ftw holds out fine for a year or more.

At this point, I would just stick to KL because that will realistically eventually receive a drop. The KR might have had its swan song already... If you don't care either way, might as well stick with that one, imo..

The -KR queue is likely dead.  I would seriously reconsider switching back to -KR at this point.  I am actually consider graying out the 3080 & 3070 -KR threads in the queue summary as I expect them to get exactly zero additional drops going forward.

I guarantee that EVGA is piling up cards in order to get those Elite coupons to expire and then flood teh queue at full price (minus associate code discount). That's why almost no drops this week or last.

I don't think they'd do that...by best guess is they are catching up with their retail orders

We can file this right next to "EVGA will drop TONS of cards as soon as the grandfathered prices end"

On another note, I've been swamped at work and haven't had much time to keep up with this thread, but I'm finally caught up and man, I missed some fun times last week XD There were more than a few things I wanted to chime in on but I've missed my chance at this point. I was thinking about trying for maybe a 3060 as a temporary solution to get my new build up and running and overclocking.
Then buying the 3967 when my queue timestamp comes up.
But Newegg Shuffle keeps rejecting me.

Then I realized that the price of a 3060 added to the EVGA price for the 3080 Ti equals scalper prices for the EVGA 3080 Ti.
I hate to say it but if there is no significant drop of 3967 next week, based on Jacob's "probably next week", those scalper prices are going to start looking good to me.

Aw hell. I didn't think of that!
It is a marketplace seller on Amazon so I don't know if EVGA would honor that.

Also, don't forget about the option to do the Step-Up program! It wouldn't be 3060 price + 3080 Ti price then, it would be more like 3080 Ti price + 2X shipping cost + Tax for 3060 + Tax for 3080 Ti. Which is a lot of extras, but still better than some of the alternatives and you would 1) have a card in the meantime and 2) be covered directly by EVGA the entire process. One other caveat is you would be without any GPU for a short time between sending the 3060 back and receiving the 3080 Ti. Lots to think about but you can read more about it here if you're at all interested! That link also goes for anyone else who didn't already know about the step-up program.

I can't help but laugh when people on here were posting "I can't use my 5% code so I passed on this card". Even a 3080ti FTW3 that's only $70, you can still get the 3% Associate Code discount so you can still get it for $1358 vs 1288 with the two. Like, really? I mean does it suck they're disallowing the discounts? Yes. Would I be surprised if it was exactly as you say? No, although if ANY AIB is less likely to pull BS like that I would say it is EVGA. They have been the ONLY ones to even try to adhere to MSRP between all cards, Nvidia or AMD. Even Asus who is my secondary go raised everything to scalper prices longgg ago.

mining locked rtx 3060 cards now work at 100% of original hash rate with latest miniZ bypass. It was only a matter of time.
" A new miniZ version v1.8y3 is out with added support for Ethash mining locked GPUs (RTX 3060). You’ll also find improvements for 150,5 algorithm on RTC 30XX (Up to 8%)."

from what I have seen how this works they drop a lot of one card. For example 3070 then might not drop anything for a week they will drop a couple of different skus during that time not much then after that week drop a lot of 3060 or something like that. The same will happen a week or 2 of little different skus here and there then a lot of 3080 ti and that's how they are doing it that's why its taking soo long if you don't go in one of those 1 batches

Boy am I glad I posted my thoughts. I just checked the link and of course Newegg is an approved retailer.
I've heard of stepup but didn't realize it could work out for what I want to do.
Then I could also try for a 3070.
Now just have to pray Newegg has EVGA units for the Shuffle.

Thank you!
People here sure are nice and helpful.

EVGA has transferrable warranty - if you're not the original purchaser, it goes from manufacture date instead of purchase date.  so yes you should be covered by EVGA warranty - don't know about other brands.

Yeah but do you get a warranty when buying scalper cards?

Aw hell. I didn't think of that!
It is a marketplace seller on Amazon so I don't know if EVGA would honor that.
Thanks for reminding me.

I have no idea either. The warranty is the main reason i choose EVGA though.

EVGA has transferrable warranty - if you're not the original purchaser, it goes from manufacture date instead of purchase date.  so yes you should be covered by EVGA warranty - don't know about other brands.

Makes sense. I think you would just lose the step up ability and the option for an extended warranty

Given the recent debacle, that 10 year warranty I bought for my KingPin seems like money well spent.  Not sure when Amazon will release their next card melting game.

This is true. I opted for the 5 year on my 3090 ftw3. Glad I did. If I had it to do over I'd probably choose the 10 as well lol

Still have over 5 years left on my release 1080 FTW. Thing just doesn't wanna die so I can cash the extended warranty in. Doesn't help it's blocked and never over 44C lol

@drewski989: I too had the same issue with EVGA bucks not being deposited. Wonder if they're evaluating the program in light of, ahem, potential abuse of the system.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the community spreadsheet ☺️. I hope you all get your card soon!
