Your 3060 time and 3080 Ti FTW3 time are exact notify time to the second? I thought you got your email to purchase the 3080 Ti FTW3 and noted the queue you got email to purchase the 3080 Ti FTW3, have to fix this now.

Just back from the Bestbuy and fail to get a 3080 FE after 16h waiting. I was in the position of 20 and would definitely get a 3080 if the line keep like that. But you know, scalpers will never let that happen. When the lady brought the tickets out, there was a huge group of professional scalpers just cut in front of the line and robbed all 3080 tickets. There was no police or security to hold the line, and the Bestbuy employees took no action. Bestbuy really don't care their real customers and scalpers are so fxck off!

I really do want to too. But there were 30 more scalpers organized so well. They cut the first part of the line into three sections before the tickets releasing and had some other people surrounding them out of the line. And when the lady came out, those inside people squeezed us and opened a gap for those outside people to cut. Real buyers were ether separated or too far away from them. There was no chance to fight them back.

I thought they passed out numbered tickets to the people in line before they opened, specifically to prevent this kind of jerkery? Do they not do that any more? Edit: Oh, saw your explanation. Those people deserve what karma has in store for them.

The jerkery happened when the bestbuy employee appeared with the tickets in front of the door. She saw those people cut but still gave them the tickets, no matter how we real customers shout or even cry.

Shocked, but not surprised. After all, they started a .com with giveaways, email registration, terms of service, a privacy policy, etc. Why go through all that unless you are viewing the whole exercise as a commercial endeavor? (rhetorical question) EVGA eventually suspended one of them from the forums and locked their spreadsheet thread....
