Surprisingly, I won the Newegg shuffle today for the 3897-KL and 850w EVGA power supply. Wished it was the -kr, but beggers can't be choosers.

Purchased the bundle and will most likely use it to step up to the 3090, but will enjoy it while I have it.

I'll still have interest in some of the 3060s so I'll keep lurking the forums for how the queues are going.

@ Enewt and the rest of my EVGAFAM, this is a bit of a late announcement, but this is the first chance I've had to take the time to come on here and type any sort of meaningful post.
 
Although I initially wanted a 3080 and had queued for one, the choice to also queue for a 3090 FTW3 Hybrid enabled me to get a high end card much sooner than the 3080. The 24GB of VRAM will not go to waste for photo and video editing, as well as batch conversion and rendering projects I sometimes do. And last but not least, it will also be an absolute champion of gaming performance for years to come. 
 
For full disclosure, I must admit that I traded two 3070s plus cash for an EVGA 3090 previously, but it was not the FTW3 model with the three power inputs. While the XC3 3090 is a great card, it is not the "card of my dreams". I feel like if you're spending that kind of money, it should be absolutely the card of your dreams. I have every bit of faith that the UPS man will be delivering that card into my very excited hands tomorrow, and that my watch here will FINALLY be over. I have scored a couple of 3060/3060Ti cards for kids/friends builds, and even used my queue spot in the 3080 Ti to get that card for a good friend of mine, but I have had my heart set on an EVGA FTW3 3090 card. The reason I decided to wait for that card for myself is partly because of the loooong wait for ANY card, the scalper situation, and the fact that I don't upgrade my main GPU every year. Usually a high end build like this will last me 3-5 years between any major upgrades, so I didn't want to compromise. 
 
I will still be checking in from time to time, and I'm grateful for all of you fighting the good fight and waiting the good wait! I have appreciated your humor, your patience, your frustration, and your camaraderie. I wish all of you the shortest wait possible to receive your queue emails, and I wish all of you the best in your high end computing endeavors. I also plan to come online with updates as I get the EVGA 3090 FTW3 hybrid installed. Thinking about going full custom loop, but first I must test to see how the hybrid does on its own merits!!
 
No reason to put my timestamp, as that queue has already moved far past my position by now. To those of you getting frustrated with the long wait, I GET IT!! It feels like forever. Take heart in knowing that production is once again ramping up with new LHR cards that are less desirable to miners and scalpers. (Small time miners might still buy them, as they are almost all gamers too, but they are NOT practical for LARGE mining farms, which have been responsible for the largest mining card demand by FAR.) I have been here for hundreds and hundreds of pages, watching EVGA gamer after EVGA gamer get their turn in the queue to buy their cards.

Got picked for the same bundle today too. I'm going to use them to build a rig for my buddy that's been in the queue for a 3080 since January.

Heh, I was picked in the shuffle yesterday for a 3070 kl variant w/ EVGA psu.  Not sure what I am going to do with it when it arrives.  I still sit in queues here in hopes of something valuable to use my 20% Elite discount coupon on.

Yeah..I don't even bother anymore with the shuffle...There is someone in my network who wins all the time and then later disclosed that he has 20+ accounts he enters into each daily shuffle with...it's a horrible system for customer satisfaction and newegg is still ripping people off with the combos and upcharges

I've won twice with one account. It costs you nothing but a little time. I think you're a fool to limit your search for no good reason. And they don't always upcharge. I just skip out on things that I don't want or they've price too high.

I’m not picky about it. I’ll go for any 3080 or 3080 ti, bundled or not. I just can’t catch a break with it.

I couldn't disagree more. A few hundred over 9 months MAX. I've never seen such sillyness as people thanking EVGA for an obvious PR stunt. Zero communication from anyone at EVGA. Why? Because it's a smoke and mirrors system where a few people a month get a trickle and the masses cheer, and you do not matter to EVGA one bit. That's just utterly silly what you are doing. You people are showing no standards for yourselves.

I've cruised these forums and the ONLY communication that I've seen comes from enewt who's gotten zero help from EVGA.

We'd all be happy to get a trickle but thanking EVGA for smoke and mirrors is ridiculous. Have some respect for yourself, man. My goodness.
