Man, I got the red bar page saying I was in the queue but it's not showing up yet on my Notifies or with an email.  Thinking I might have gotten dorked by the servers.

Keep trying until you get the message saying you already signed up or you get the confirmation email. I had the same thing happen to me. Went from 6:09 to 6:30.

they forced me to the kl and told me not to switch back to the kr
 
I really think that was the worst thing they could possibly do.
 
 I have purchased from this company since 2012 I am really annoyed that this was done to me.
 
As far as I am concerned this is as bad as it gets.
 
I am not the only one.
 
If they have any kr 3060ti or 3070 I would like it. To make up for this. (Not free just pay the msrp)

lol you haven't even suffered yet and you think you are entitled to skip the line? I have been in queue for a 3080 Black since the morning of 9/17 and I don't feel entitled to a 3080. I mean it would be great, and the honorable thing to do rather than open up queue after queue but it's never going to happen when it comes to a free market.

No you do not understand me at all they took me off the  3767-kr list put me on the 3767-kl and skipped me.  that would be like they take you off the 3080 list and skip you.
 
And I have to think I am not the only one they did this to. I do not think you understand this means they can do it to you to.  And everyone else.  they can simply shift you to the kl list and go past you to kr opt ins. The can do it quickly. Ie you get a notice. your are move to the kl list at 1 in the afternoon. At 1:30 in the after noon they give 20 Kr's to those that opted back into the kr list. you go to the lists at 3 pm and there are past you.
 
The entire point of all queues has been killed by this.  
 
They can do it to all cards on all queues they need to fix this for those they skipped. not just me. and they need to do it asap. If you do not understand me ask for a more detailed explanation .  But I can tell you what they did to the 3767 has killed all the queues in terms of what a queue was for in the first place.
 
It means they can do it to any card on the queue they can shift you to a different card tell you do not go back to the old card and then give the old card to people on the list 2 weeks later than you.

Yeah, unfortunately, I am in the same boat. I am just letting it slide with the 3080 Black because I don't think EVGA is ever going to release that model, as for the 3080 XC I signed up for, I'm unsure, I mean, without transparency, it's a gamble. They really borked the approach to switching over to LHR models, the appropriate thing would have been to create a mutual queue and then send an email asking if you were alright with the LHR model, and you could decide one way or another, but they took a much lazier approach and I think it will hurt them in the end. I mean, at this point, Newegg (who I strongly dislike) has been the good guy with their shuffle.

This KR vs KL salt is really annoying.
 
You got an email, you were offered a choice to switch back at a risk.  Some people took the risk and got rewarded.  I'm sure many more took the risk and will not get the card because they will run out.  You didn't get skipped, you weren't even in the same line.
