Where are you seeing that you are relatively 400th in the queue?
(not affiliated with EVGA). Self reported information. If they were "400" earlier today, they are probably more than that now. As people are finding this site and adding themselves to the list, the position moves. Besides, I think a zero, or two, needs to be added to the end.
According to this site, the movement on 12G-P5-3969-KR is so slow that even though I am less than 30 minutes away (6/3/2021, 7:54:27 AM), it won't send an email until January. Here's to hoping that is incorrect!
I would ignore the estimate TBH.

First time poster, but long time user of the notify queue doc. 4th card with EVGA notify (2x 3070, 1x 3060, 1x 3070 TI), still have few more friends/family that needs one.  @enewt, used your code. Thank you. 3070 TI queue seems to be moving very fast.

Any updates for the above 3080TI hybrid? it's been a while with no movement, I am starting to get disappointed.
Hybrids and HCs are slow to move. With your timestamp, you most likely have another month or two. Hopefully I am proven wrong (I am also waiting on the hybrid); I am basing this off of movement patterns for all other hybrid and HC SKUs.
