sabk11 I think after trying for every shuffle, I'm just gonna stop. I never win anyways. Good luck to those soon on the queues today though!
I said the same thing & debating stopping entering until I got picked for the 5950X. I'm glad I didn't stop :-P lol Cheemonstonzo
Dabadger84 "Who cares for the auto industry" That provides millions of jobs globally & is having to lay off people because of the shortage of components resulting in factories shutting down temporarily. Nice tact. The fact that this shortage is still going on proves there IS no production to ramp up further dude. If NVidia had the capability to make more cards there is zero logical sense to why they wouldn't, keep in mind, they're the ones making money regardless of who the card goes to - there's ZERO reason for them to withhold production or supply, it makes absolutely no business sense to do so. All that would be doing is costing them potential profit. This shortage has already been forecast to extend in to at least the end of Q2. It's not a poor yield issue either, if it was it would've been solved by now, they've been on this process in full production since September, lest we forget.
Agreed. If yields were poor, we'd be seeing waves of 3060Ti's and 3080's instead of 3070's and 3090's.
Primary reason we're mostly seeing 3070s & 3090s is they're the higher-bin of the given Dies, NVidia's AIB partners are trying to maximize profit while supply is garbo because NVidia is busy selling directly on the other SKUs, or so it has been said. But regardless, AIBs are definitely prioritizing 3090s/3070s, because they use the same Dies as the lower SKUs, and they're worth more, so they make more money - makes business sense, but it sure sucks for anyone that doesn't want to spend a heap on a 3090 or can't afford a 3070. Nereus So.. are any cards actually shipping out from EVGA these days, or just a trickle every now and then? My associate code rarely gets used if that's any indication.
From the beginning to end of February my code was used 30 times (which is why my KP Block was "free", thanks to those folks). In March it was used 18 times (most of which seem to be 3060s or PSUs based on the price listed). So far this month it has been used... 7 times, 1 of which was a PSU, the rest of which appear to be 3060/3070s. So I do believe sales have definitely slowed down based on you seeing the same decrease.

theres many associate codes.. not just yours to be used
Lots of queue cards are members of this thread, this thread almost exclusively uses enewts code, at least from what I have seen. I often wonder what percentage of the queue members post here... 10%? I would be shocked if it was more than 25%. What is a better place to get your associate code out there? I have mine on a discord I moderate, all of my code uses have come from members there.
I would guess that less than 0.01% of people in the queue are on the forum.
its always the vocal minority that are the loudest.. should just ignore all the entitled salt on this thread.. they dont realize that there are tens of thousands ahead of them in the queue.. they think their queue matters above all else.. hence salt on contractual commitment and marketing promo ala linus sales etc...
it matters to me, the person at the spot in the line, so if that's entitlement that I'd like to get my card after 6 months, then yeah, call me entitled
well the thousands ahead that are still of you are not that important? im way ahead of u n im not throwing a tantrum along with the silent majority that dont view this forum while on the queue.. 10G-P5-3897-KR 9/21/2020 12:00:01 PM PT No
no they aren't important, why would they be? will I get the card when their spot comes up? sorry to break it to you but people are allowed to be frustrated with this situation
Buddy, every single comment you have left here has been extremely negative. We get that you're frustrated. Lots of people are frustrated. People come to this thread to check on the status of the queue, and maybe discuss issues surrounding the queue. It's OK to vent now and then, but this constant negativity just isn't helping anyone.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the community spreadsheet ☺️. I hope you all get your card soon! If you found the spreadsheet useful, please consider using my associate code for your next purchase:

evgaboyd Looks like the 3897 is still going exclusively (well almost) to the step up queue.......thanks EVGA
Just face it, we are never going to get our cards. Unless we somehow get them elsewhere. I'm hoping to get on the 3080ti queue early enough. The 3897 sku is just not going to happened.
I'm starting to agree with you and my notify is on 9/22. Six months and nada. Get to about a day away and they full stop (that's how it seems) on these cards.
Would be nice if EVGA reassured that everything was still going out the same, but you haven't seen Jacob on the forum for months. Oh well. No Cyberpunk or RTX for me.
No cyberpunk rtx for you... Yet.
You don't need jacob for reassurance. We all know there is no reassurance. We all know why. This is much bigger than evga and it sucks. You can increase your chances by joining stockdrops discord. Thanks to them I bought my buddy a 3897 from Amazon recently. I would have kept it but I'm painfully close to the 3898. I remember opening it thinking dam this thing is massive bigger than my strix 2080ti... Was... Rip pre 30 series presale...
yeah, I joined stockdrops, never got a notification from them. just utter crap. I unjoined. I'll try again though, EVGA has no urgency to get these cards out, unless your name is Linus.
You have to select a notification role to be notified. Otherwise you'll ne blown up with notifications for everything.

Must be, lol. Either way there was another 1060 for $180 and a few 1050Ti's for even cheaper. All gobbled up, then website became very unresponsive. There's a bunch of GT710's still there, can't imagine why.

Lol you're kidding, but that's what I've got in my PC right now... I can play most indie games in 720p at a passable framerate 😅. I booted up Assassin's Creed Odyssey just for fun; practically melted the card.

There is no queue for the 16 series like the 30 series. I asked Jacob this on twitter and he confirmed it. Your best bet is just grabbing one off a B-stock restock which will happen sometime in the next 2 days.

Oh, I guess I mistook the notify option as an indication that there was a queue for those too. So does that mean that if I do get a notification for those being back in stock I'll need to race to purchase one as it'll be first come first serve? And unfortunately because of my OCD I can't bring myself to use anything used or refurbished unless it was from someone I'm extremely comfortable with.

That is my assumption. I notified for some of the 16/20 series cards as well and its been several months since so I don't even think you'll get to that point.

Welp, signed up for the notification queue on the 3080 FTW3 Ultra. It was either this one or the Strix, and customer support has always been great with EVGA so I figured why not. I already made my new build and transferred my old 1070 to it for the time being. Hopefully it holds out for a good while longer.

Stick to your guns man, ya never know when you'll get picked. I still would've preferred a 5900X, but this 5950X has been pretty darn impressive so far. I've been fiddling around with it at 4.5GHz all-core boost with an undervolt curve & PBO on, as well as just a straight 4.65GHz all-core with flat voltage running at 1.24-1.275V, which from what I've seen online is pretty low for that speed. Haven't tried to push 4.7 yet because the last time I tried to stress test it temps got higher than I'd like pretty quickly. Good luck in the next one if you enter! I picked up a second kit of RAM for the 4-stick boostarino, we shall see if Newegg decides to SHIP IT today or not... oye. Maybe the Thicc-Queue Tuesday will come through for everyone again tomorrow eh?

sabk11 I think after trying for every shuffle, I'm just gonna stop. I never win anyways. Good luck to those soon on the queues today though!
I said the same thing & debating stopping entering until I got picked for the 5950X. I'm glad I didn't stop :-P lol
Congrats! I was able to score my 5900x from AMD direct back in February. I have been entering in every 3080 there was in the shuffle despite the overpriced bundles they come in. Never have I got selected.
Thats if a Thicc-Queue Tuesday actually happens tomorrow lol.
