I supposedly got sent notifications twice to buy cards, yet neither made it to my inbox? 
When I add my name and email to be auto notified for a card, I get a notification for that though? 
Anyway to make sure I actually get to see the next one?

Those invites went out months ago.  Likely too late now to try to rehabilitate them.  You should definitely whitelist ordernotify@evga.com if you haven't already.  Sorry I don't have better news.

What he means is that usually, if you miss the email but respond within the next day or two and contact EVGA by phone, they will send you a new email to order your card. But your emails were received months ago so that is very unlikely at this point..

That one is unlikely as it has basically not moved since the beginning. I would definitely send EVGA support an e-mail though - it's a long shot, as others have said, since the notifies went out so long ago, but it can't hurt to try.

My cart has that same box pops up in newegg and says the same it will not go away did u figure out what it means or how to get rid of it because the lol x in the top left is unable to be pressed to clear the msg from my newegg cart

For the 3060s (non-TI), those prices already reflect the post-tariff pricing right?  I would think so, the grandfathering started at some point in January.
 

Those prices are post tariff.  EVGA could still raise the prices if they wanted.

yes, over the last three weeks, the queue has moved around 2 hours in the morning of 9/21.

From what I can tell, ycharts provides more statistics, but literally uses etherscan for the data and the etherscan chart is by far more visually appealing.

Well I finally got a GPU off of the Newegg shuffle. Its not a RTX 3080 as I wanted but you know with current climate and what my situation was its better then what I had. I cant believe it took me 5 months to be able to grab a new gpu without paying those slimely scalpers and insane used prices. Back in late November my EVGA GTX 1080 died was almost year after warranty, was able to use an old GTX 960 2gb to get by. Fast forward to this week, this Gigabyte RX 6700xt isnt too bad. AMD's control panel is much more intuitive than Nvidia's. Had minor issue with it using 144hz, where the whole screen would flash black every two seconds. Had to disable HDCP in AMD control panel to fix it.
Once my number comes up on the EVGA queue and able to get a RTX 3080,when I sell this 6700xt Im not scalping anyone charging dumb used pricing.....

Same data, not same chart. Just figure out that etherscan also allow to change scale, but ychart method(5D, 1M 3M 6M, etc.) looks slightly more user-friendly.

hate away , but evga should just pull down the adds for the black edition cards since theres been 0 shipped since launch. feels kind of like false advertising that they even have it up. why get anyones hopes up for an msrp card that doesn't really exist.
