I know I've been watching the 3657 movement too much when I know what other people should have received a notify given this ~20s move so far.

Looks like we're headed for another day (and probably week as usual since the past 6) without any 3897 drops.. Wonder why Jacob said they would drop this week.

I understand that starting tomorrow, every NewEgg Shuffle bundle will come with one of these

Holy crap, Newegg is expensive.  I have that same salt grinder, but it came with a matching pepper grinder.  I paid $60 for the pair new on Amazon.

In context of the Newegg shuffle I'm sure it's intended use is as a suppository.

I just realized that the 20% discount code I received recently (2 weeks ago?) by becoming an Elite member (the wheel thing I had to turn) will probably expire now before I even get a chance to order a 3897.. This is seriously infuriating and feels like a giant farce.

Almost 7 months of waiting now and still nothing to show for it. And will probably have to restart that mess from scratch if they announce the TI and kill the 3897 queue in favor of it.

I'm fairly certain that, if that happens, I won't buy any future EVGA products.  While I very much appreciate the queue, it would feel like a slap in the face to wait this long, only to have to start all over again.  At that point, I'd probably just give my friend back the deposit he put down on my 1080 Ti and just keep what I have.

Main: Corsair Crystal 570X | MSI Z490 Gaming Edge WiFi | i9-10850K @ 5.0 all-core, 0 AVX offset | Corsair H150i Elite Capellix 360mm AIO | 32 GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200 | EVGA 3090 FTW3 Ultra +150/+1300 | Sound BlasterX AE-5 Plus | EVGA 1000 G3 PSU

Secondary: Louqe Ghost S1 | Asus Rog Strix B360-i Gaming | i5-9400F | Noctua NH-L12 Ghost S1 Edition | 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000 | EVGA 2060 Super SC Ultra | Corsair SF450 PSU

Discount? Are they going to mark up the cards again in a week? I am asking as I am pretty ill informed.

I'm fully expecting it to happen, without people like me that have already been waiting in line for almost 7 months to get any kind of fair compensation (like queue priority) when it happens. And I too will not trust EVGA anymore, which was one of the last company I was somehow respecting.

The 3897 queue is dead as far as I'm concerned, and so far EVGA didn't prove me wrong in weeks.

What would be terrific is if they would let elite members get a day in advance on purchasing and/or queuing the coming Ti series (or equivalent).  Would actually reward some brand loyalty.  Also, if the sky isn't dead, may open up cards to those that have been waiting a little faster as hopefully people would drop their notify slots?

That will never happen, that I'm sure of. They don't care, It will just be ''shut up and queue from the beginning again''.

Of course it will never happen! Proof? Do they allow people to move from dead part numbers queues move to alive ones?

The 3897 queue is dead as far as I'm concerned, and so far EVGA didn't prove me wrong in weeks.

What would be terrific is if they would let elite members get a day in advance on purchasing and/or queuing the coming Ti series (or equivalent).  Would actually reward some brand loyalty.  Also, if the sky isn't dead, may open up cards to those that have been waiting a little faster as hopefully people would drop their notify slots?

That will never happen, that I'm sure of. They don't care, It will just be ''shut up and queue from the beginning again''.

In this instance and for the people that are return EVGA customers, I hope you are wrong.  However, I suspect you are right.

I'm fully expecting it to happen, without people like me that have already been waiting in line for almost 7 months to get any kind of fair compensation (like queue priority) when it happens.

My friend, everyone has heard your message loud and clear in this thread. Thank you for your passion. I would however suggest you find an alternative avenue for your energy before you say something you might regret. Frustrations boil over, but just to be able to afford a 3897 if given a chance is a true blessing. Many people in the world cannot and do not even know what a computer is! Guess what I am trying to say is there is a bright side even in the darkest room. Cheers and I hope you get what you want sooner rather than later.

If they had an actual elite program, I could see that happening but not with what we have now.

Let's be real, it takes nothing to be an elite member. You either watch enough twitch streams, spam 100 posts on here somewhere, or register a product.

If there were elite status that req people to actually spend x amount of money every year or something, I could see something like that happening but not as it is now.
