What is the most easy to discern though are bad opinions, as digging into the facts exposes fallacies, lies, or no facts. 
 
If I were to have the opinion that I hate chocolate because it is not sweet (assuming I have only had unsweetened chocolate), it would be a bad opinion. This would be a bad opinion as I categorize all chocolate as not sweet as the factual basis for my opinion. Since there is sweet chocolate, I would be relying on an incomplete fact therefor my opinion is severely flawed because I did not understand the situation. This could become a neutral opinion if I were to try sweetened chocolate as my opinion could then become I do not like chocolate because it is not sweet enough for my liking. But if it becomes too sweetened, at what point does the sweetened chocolate become chocolate flavored sugar?
 

Your example of a bad opinion is logically incorrect.  An example that might make this clear to you.  Someone hate's water because it isn't sweet.  Is it a bad opinion because there is flavored water with added sugars or other sweeteners?  Or sodas that are carbonated water plus sugar?  I don't think so.  Chocolate, when you throw out all of the extras one can add to it to make it sweet, is not sweet.  Sugar is sweet.  Pure chocolate is bitter.  Chocolate with sugar/other sweetners is sweet.  Sure, there are different names we call chocolate that is really chocolate + things, but chocolate itself is not sweet.  See?
 

Your statement suggest the basis of opinion is grounded in the original meaning of the word and not the usage of it by general society today. This makes it logically incorrect ;). 
 
If someone hates water because it isn't sweet it is a neutral opinion because the societal view is basic water should not be sweet. How can someone be wrong for disliking something in the way everyone views it?  Attempting to label this a bad opinion would be more of a question of what is considered water? At that point societal usage and views of the word come into play. Any attempt to change the water likely would change it from water to something else. Simply because something is called water does not make it water.
 
If someone hates chocolate because it isn't sweet it is a bad opinion because the societal usage is chocolate CAN be and probably is sweet (with how most people eat it). It means the individual does not have all the facts to make a good opinion. This is because society currently views chocolate as sweet or unsweetened. Pure chocolate and milk chocolate are both chocolate. See definitions on chocolate to get a good understanding of the current usage of the word.

Idt they will shut down the forum. They will likely just go through and delete off topic post or people being rude/malicious. Most talk is on topic as talking about economics, tariffs, etc. is stuff that impacts the prices and availability. 
 
I wouldn't get too much hope for newegg. Their shuffle system is full of bots now. I would hate to see the odds of a non bot winning.

Oh my, just lost my breath for a second. Got a email from Newegg, titled wish granted! Thought it was about the shuffle 😔 it was just a price reduction for an item on my wish list 🤣 oh well!

I can't speak to the odds of getting a GPU on the Newegg Shuffle, but I DID get a 5900X CPU. I have never used a bot and don't even know how to do so. So, non-bots DO win some things on the Shuffle.
 
The odds of winning depend on the number of people bidding and the number of that item that Newegg has in stock for the Shuffle. Newegg does not make either of those numbers public, so there is no way of knowing what the odds are on any item on any day. I suspect the odds of winning a $1000+ GPU are greater than the odds of winning a 3060 or 3060 TI because fewer people are able to afford the more expensive parts.

EVGA got back to me same day with a new link for my missed notify on Friday. Thanks nick_shl for being the first to recommend I simply email and enewt for, well, all of the other stuff.

Np, the 3060 nice and I got it yesterday, I guess it's just dumb luck that it comes a week later.

It works well for HL:A and VRC

But the 3070 is the one I wanted to begin with, so I guess I'm gonna end up selling the 3060..
