Best Buy looks like they have some 3080/90s dropping or I need to clear my cache.  YMMV

I got the 3090 into my cart and clicked on checkout as soon as it popped up.  And it immediately switched to sold out.  

Yeah looks like they are all out now.  It was applying a 10% birthday discount on the cards for me so that was nice to see, but I'm not in the market for one.  Just following along hoping for better days for everyone looking to buy one. Good luck to all!

I expect those in first 5 mins should get their invites today. We obviously don't know the stock situation but it didn't feel as congested as the 3080 hybrids did when they went live for the 2nd time.

Hope to get a 3060! Thanks for implementing a system like this, but I wonder if scalpers have multiple accounts so not sure how you combat that?

 
It's one per card, per household.

They just make another email/address. Like your workplace, your parent's house, etc. Quite easy to bypass tbh.

Unfortunately, email addresses are cheap.  The household clause helps, but let's say you're a college student.  You have your dorm address.  You have your parent's address.  Maybe an Aunt or Uncle.  Siblings.  Or if you're really devious, you get a bunch of virtual addresses that look like home addresses, but they're really just UPS drop boxes or some similar service.  One or two per address is an awesome policy, much better than no policy.  But the truth is, scammers going to scam, and it's probably more expensive to stop the sneak scammers than it's worth for a business, especially when they're still selling product.  As someone said yesterday, the best way to offset this is for people to not buy new products marked up to crazy prices from non-authorized retailers.

Sure, and if you're dedicated to the cause you might find a way around it.  However, most people who might be inclined to throw another in the cart to flip because it looks like easy money AREN'T going to send it to their ex-wife or some other assorted address.  Once they can't just send it to their front door, it turns into more hassle than it's worth and they drop the idea.  So I suspect the limit does have a real impact even if it doesn't stop Scalper Inc from taking more than their fair share.

@enewt Thanks for putting the direct links to autonotify on the doc!  Wish I'd seen them sooner, but I didn't find access to the "black" card otherwise, so still quite helpful. 
 
I'm ~25 minutes down for XC, ~47 for the black after finding those links.  BB went from "Coming Soon" to "Sold Out" literally while I had my back turned to nuke some leftovers.  ZING!
I did get in on the Newegg Shuffle as well, so there's still a lottery-ticket chance the day will end with some cuda cores.  I have to say that I've learned to be satisfied with my current card and don't expect any of these efforts to pay off soon...but it's kinda fun in a perverse way, like the early years of "black friday" generating crowds.  I don't need The Thing, but it's a spectacle to join the zerg for a bit.  

Another week another failure to get BB to let me add anything to my cart.

Glad I'm right on the dot.

We still have another 1-2 hours where active emails go out. My prediction is we'll probably stop somewhere under 10 mins.

If it goes above, people were super late or they had more stock than the 3060 tis at launch.

Question, my brother and I both tried to sign up. He was able to enter both queues at 9:01, while I am at 9:08. He already received both purchase emails. Can he buy both cards, so I don't have to wait?

He certainly can - he can buy one of each SKU.
