weeks ?  months.   Take a look at the excel sheet , for the last 3-4 months queue is moving at glacial speed few mins or an hour at the max.

Congrats!! Very glad you're getting your card. Enjoy.

On mobile at the moment. Some of them are the same, some are lower. I was expecting further temp reduction. Not sure if I got too thick of pads on some areas or what. I took it back off and the indents from the memory chips are present but not deep, so I think they're the right size. I redid some of them because one wasn't covering the whole chip area. But yeah. I did Port Royal Stress Test to really get the Temps up. VRM Temps are slightly lower than before across the board, but memory Temps are about the same, gpu die /secondary was slightly cooler despite slightly warmer ambient.

I may try swapping to a thinner pad in the middle over the back of the die, maybe uneven pressure is resulting in the Temps being what they are. I touched a VRM heatsink during the PR ST & it was not particularly hot to the touch, so I think I'm getting bad heat transfer somewhere... Or that is the VRM that's already running cool (even after 40mins of Port Royal Stress Test two of the VRM/PWR Temps never went over 36C).

Spreadsheet seems to be out of whack at the moment.

The spreadsheet is basically useless at this point - refer to Enewt's summaries for the most up to date info. At the rate it's currently moving, possibly this week!! No idea if this pace will keep up nor when we will see the effects of Lunar New Year, but you are close now, my friend. I am rooting for you!

Actually had a 3080 asus tuf OC a while back but was stolen off my front door if you'd believe that :( out of all the packages that I've had delivered too. You'd think those thieves had a way of tracking it or something.
