Yeah I know, but I am stuck in the house bored out of my mind.
I think it will post list in about 2 hours 40 minutes.
When I look here I realize my best shot is the kingpin I am 78 on the list and they did sell more than 170 from the 2 lists.
I wish I had figured it out sooner I would have signed faster.

EVGA has done nothing but great things for their customers, I am tired of the constant complaining about the availability of cards and the conspiracy theories. True, it is easy for me to say when I have a card already, but EVGA has acted with our interests in mind from day 1 of this mess, and I object to most comments to the contrary.
Again, EVGA does great things, I specifically mentioned the St Jude charity event because it was awesome for everyone involved. EVGA doesn't have to do these things, they chose to, and I get irritated when people suggest EVGA is doing anything but great work. If my sarcasm was too sarcastic, I apologize, I am only defending them.
"I'm ok that EVGA bait and switched me, I paid more than I signed up for on day one but at least they delayed price increases for 20 people before me" "I'm so happy that EVGA reduced the Associate code value from 5% to 3% at a time when GPU prices were increasing" "I love the taste of boot leather" it will be amazing to hear the apologist excuses when April 16th passes and everyone is praising the "huge drops"

I'll be happy to pay for my card when it arrives whether the old or new price. If you really think EVGA is avoiding making all the profit they can for 6 straight months in order to make pretty much the same profit after they increase for tariffs, then remind me not to invest in stocks for your business.

I think it was Mitch Hedberg that made the observation (paraphrasing) "I find ducks' opinion of me is directly to related to whether or not I have bread". I find people's opinion of EVGA queue is directly related to whether or not they have a card. EVGA has done a lot more than other companies, in my opinion, and also have attempted to honor queue pricing until mid-April. They did not need to do that, and I hope they aren't truly sneaky enough to make a fake concession to their customers knowing not many cards will go out between now and then. Maybe time will prove me wrong, but I typically find companies would rather leverage an immediate excuse to raise prices, e.g. covid, tariffs, supply shortages, instead of fabricating something to eventually raise prices while appearing to be graciously grandfathering in change. "We want to bone our customers, but we also want to salvage our company who cares persona." - I do not buy this. Again, my opinion is likely skewed and naive, but I don't see any of the other companies even attempting to apologize or help customers, let alone someone like Jacob literally interacting with their customers on forums and Twitter.

Chips shortages and contractual obligations. The queues are only moving if they are able to fulfill their obligations.

Valid point!  On a side note, the shuffle looks to be $600 Radeon cards Newegg is happy to charge you $900 for. (or more, depending on model) The fact that I still want to get one is a sign of how bad things really are, lol. I will probably resist though. I would go even 6800 for a non-XT, but $840 is madness. $1150 for the XT is madness. These prices are higher than post-tariff pricing on similar performing EVGA models, but similar to what MSI is charging for their Nvidia cards.

You're free to leave the queue if you're not satisfied. Nobody is forcing you to be part of a queue that you think isn't being supported.
