EVGA, I have a Step eligible item but have not started the Step process. How does one go about getting the step difference added to this new system? The card is registered and invoice uploaded. It was purchased directly from EVGA. Doesn't step take a few days to get approved? I'm just curious if I decide to get it or pass for someone else to get it.

My understanding is that the Step-system and this queue system are different.  You can participate in either but you cannot bring the Step process over into your position in the queue.

When I click the link for the card their are "Special Notice" on the page. One of them says:
 
I purchased a 20 series card after the 30 series launched. Can I step up?
Yes. Any qualifying purchase may be stepped up. Please see the link below for what constitutes a qualifying purchase.

But it only talks about the step program. 

Probably, what's the earliest you could've hit notify for the 3090 FTW3 Ultra anyway? Didn't it go up as Elite only for a good 45+ minutes or something. 

im a 9/17 10:14 AM order, really glad they are doing this queue. Also have a card in the step up queue, whichever comes second Ill sell to a buddy of mine. good luck everyone!

9/17 7:21 am for the 3080 xc3 ultra. No email yet but fingers crossed it’s soon. Will definitely update once I get an email

Signed up to be notified on 9/16 at 12:58 PM for two of the xc3's so hopefully when those come in I'll be high up on the list, kinda wishing I would have hit the notify for the FTW cards seeing as how many people are getting emails. I cant complain though.

One per household. Lets not get greedy.

As much as I enjoy this process compared to the current process.  I feel all of us poor saps who had items in our cart but couldn't check out are still out of luck.  I didn't sign up for the Auto Notify because everyone said it was useless - they still had to duke it out with the rest of the bots.  I did, however, have an item in my cart and was in the process of checking out and failed to complete that due to the inadequate shopping solution implemented by EVGA.

I agree. I emailed EVGA's support about this and being able to move Elite member's dates back to launch day considering we sat there for 90 minutes attempting to check out with a system that already told us when the card would be in stock and no reason to hit the notify me button.
 
Their response is "We also have no plans for that situation as there is no way of knowing how many people were waiting."
 
There was zero incentive or reason for an Elite member to sign up for notifications that day as they had already notified them that there was stock set aside via the Elite member portal. In addition, the notification system was reported as not working (later confirmed by Jacob on Twitter through multiple Tweets if I am to understand it correctly.)
 
@EVGA_JacobF Please have the team reconsider this request of those who had no reason to sign up, but are your most loyal customers.

Hate to do it but I'm going to pass on this round. I'm going to hold out for the 20gb version rumored for December. This should free up a card for someone.

Has anyone after 7:37AM received their 3080 FTW3 Ultra email?  I still have not.

No. I have time stamp of 7:43 AM. Don’t think it went past the 7:15 am mark today.

Edit: not sure why someone above us saying 8am and they got the order link today. Hopefully you were just guessing at the time.
