There is, indeed. The step-up queue is its own separate entity. Although the wait for that queue has been known to move quicker (relatively) than the standard queue.

3/29/2022 6:42:47. I was a bit late to the party, but I should be ok. The biggest disappointment is that I've now waited 18 months or so...and I am going to have an AIO instead of a HC...not the original (revised) plan...but as a revised, revised plan, I can live with it. Hopefully the KPE drops before the end of June...I grow weary of World of Warships, 27 fps Rocket League and the like....

The queue started back in 2020 when we had major shortages. Also, the cards available now are the ones that finished their queues. For the 2.0 queues, they finish when they reach September 27, 2021 (the day queue 2.0 signups closed). EDIT: Originally said "September 22, 2021", which was incorrect.

Tell that to everyone in any EU queues…  Which is, for many of us, still the only way to get an EVGA card (especially XC3 ones) at a reasonable price.
