There is no reason to buy something from EVGA again.

Normally when you reply to the email saying you want to buy but are having problems they are quick to respond. If you are in Europe make sure you have the international code for your country put in properly no spaces etc.

So there is fields Ship_PhoneCode and Phone. My mobile number is +375 29 and 7 digits of phone number. So for me in Ship_PhoneCode field value should be 37529 and in phone 7 digits of number? Just SMS not arriving.

Today the code worked for me and came to my mobile phone but also to my email. However, I noticed that a different code came to the mobile phone and a different one to the email.
But why at eu.evga.com he does not ask for an additional code as he asks for at evga.com ???

There is no reason to buy something from EVGA again.

Oh, that's nice to hear. Hope they support VISA cards like steam and others.
The fact that I can't check my notifies list on non eu site confuses me.

My notification was sent Tuesday the 16th (last week) at 11:00 am

while I was on a three day trip in Denver to pick up my new power wheelchair. I don’t have a cell phone and had no way to check my email. When I got home Wednesday afternoon on the 17th, I saw the notification email but my 20 hours had passed. I replied to the email immediately and explained my situation, but haven’t heard anything back. It’s been a week now and they will be closed for Thanksgiving until Monday.

That SKU had not moved in over 30 days. I can’t believe a batch dropped while I was gone. I am so bummed I missed my opportunity.

In their defense, maybe they're then going to give the 3070 to a friend or family member. They didn't explicitly state what they were doing with it so hopefully we can give them the benefit of the doubt.

Reply to the notification email that you intend to purchase the card and explain the circumstances.  EVGA does respond to those emails.

No.  It isn't unfair.  All three of the cards I got were for people living in my house.  We all needed cards.  I got into the queues earlier than other people because I was already actively looking to buy the cards on EVGA's website.  Someone who found out about the queue 4 months later doesn't "deserve" priority over someone who was in the queue earlier.  The changes EVGA has made will help people get cards sooner, but it doesn't allow latecomers to cut in line.  Nor should it.

nomoss i also wanted two cards but I saw the crisis with the cards I sold the children's computer and got them PS5
Now my computer is out of order for over a year because I did the stupid thing to sell the 2070S and I am left with the one 14 inch ZenBook
If it were not for this crisis I would have no problem any persons to getting 10 cards  but now I insist that both cards per account are many.
