aardvark1134 Got the notification email been trying to checkout for like 2 hrs. I have tried 3 different browsers and keep getting this where you confirm your billing address secure.evga.com says Error: Please reload this poage and try again or contact to the Website manager.
Try not selecting the box to make the shipping address same as the billing (IE: type in the same address twice). I've seen it get stuck on the "Suggested address" box when you grey out the second half. And don't sweat it, you got plenty of time

Thanks so much! I've honestly had the worst week ever in my life and finally getting my hands on this card really made up for it. Just saw the news about Cyberpunk so that sucks but at least I know I'll have a finished build up and running before the game drops. I really hope all of you do to!

It's so upsetting that this promotion is a piece of crap. I wanted to buy a card and would've. But the limited stock means people that wanted to purchase can't get the promotion not because they didn't decide to buy the card but because they couldn't. It should be extended or another promotion should take it's place.
I completely agree! i spoke with EVGA's customer service about that exact same issue, unfortunately there is nothing EVGA can do, it is all up to Nvidia and i don't see them extending it at all.

mudbone91 I just ordered my 3090 FTW3 Ultra today. It took me 40 minutes to click the button. Dang that was a lot of money
I hesitated a bit too. I also remember buying my GTX 1080 ti FTW3 Hybrid and hesitating because it was the most I ever spent on a GPU. The 24 GB makes it worth it for the non gaming stuff I do.

SpencerSpencerSpencer Fingers crossed, I saw that the spreadsheet got vandalized and restored but I haven't had the time to add my info to it - so who knows my place in line! Frontline workers definitely need your support, but I am not one!
Fact. DM me your skus and autonotify date/time stamps and I will send you a DM back with as best an approximation as I can make re your placement in the spreadsheet.

Doesn't help. Also their sales team just says they don't do sales over the phone and to use the website that doesn't work.

Jrom6906 What’s the rumor mill say on FTW gaming drops? Asking for a friend :)
I've heard nothing about the 3080 FTW3 Gaming units. Perhaps send a tweet at Jacob?
Dude your like the voice of reason and hope on this entire thread. Just for that I'm using your associate code when I get my email....lol - 9/17 9:19am for the 3897 sku. I understand the frustration people have but there really is nothing anyone can do about it. Just by chance I hit the auto-notify button on launch day. I normally never hit those things. I have been around for these launches since 2006...never hit that button. Yes...this is the worst launch I have ever seen but given the circumstances of 2020 its really not surprising. I am still running a 1080FTW. Everyone just need to be patient. I did tweet Jacob the 3080FTW Gaming sku...he never answered unsurprisingly. But if you think from a business aspect: You have limited GPU's from Nvidia so you have somewhat limited production yields in general. As a business decision it is not that smart to waste chips on product segmentation when you are guaranteed to fetch the top retail on top sku's. I would guess that production would not ramp on the segmented products until yields hit a certain level...At least that's my opinion. Sounds like what I would do.....

I really appreciate the consideration and, more importantly, the kind words. I agree with you -- worrying about segmentation until yields stabilize remains pretty far down in their list of priorities. I wish they could have communicated that to us up front. Some may have known based on past hardware launches (or just clicked on all the auto-notify links), but I know of some parents that were looking to get cards for their kids for the holidays and they only auto-notified for the "base" Gaming card. I feel for them, man. Worrying about disappointing your kid...that is rough. I hope we all get our cards soon and I hold out special hope for the parents among us that are trying to meet the expectations of the young. In the meantime, let's carry on the good vibes and patiently hold together. I don't want to return to the 30 series launch environment before EVGA announced the queue; that was a dark place.

I would send a note to customer service or call them. They have a few more hours in the office today ( +1.888.881.EVGA (3842)).
Yeah I called the EVGA sales department because when I clicked the notification link it brought up an EVGA page with an error saying the link was broken!!! I freaked out and called the sales department I realized I was logged into the forum on my work PC (laptop on vpn) and on my home desktop I logged out of EVGA on my work PC and it worked. The sales guy was nice about it during the 45 second call The billing thing aardvark1134 was talking about I bet was a radio button on the credit card page. I found it a little confusing at first but realized I had to change it to reflect that my shipping and billing address was the same address. All good. I have just been waiting so long I was a little nervous

As a last resort, you might send a tweet to @EVGA_JacobF. He might find a way to get you "grandfathered" until the situation can be sorted on the payment processing. It doesn't seem right that you miss your purchase window. Good luck!

Was about to say that ..only issues I've seen like this were with international (non-US) credit cards / non-US Paypal accounts, even if they wanted to send to USA.

DarkTAO Are you sure you weren't just enjoying the benefits of Gsync, that makes stuff look 60Hz at down to 38hz? I know from experience how well it works on my PG279Q. I've got a well binned 9900K, 32GB of 16-16-16-36 DDR4 3600Mhz, 1TB NVME SSD, and an Aorus Master with the Supernova 850 T2. I am telling you I'm not getting anywhere near 60 stable in the benchmark at actual maxed RDR2. I get 60 in a bunch of places, but heavy snow is 30-31fps. Bayou and the city is 40-55fps. Maxed was 17-27fps. I'd be a bit surprised if you actually had that from a 2080TI at "max" with advanced options ticked on too. Just saying based on what I am seeing literally as I type this. 42fps. 38fps when the dynamite hit. 31fps as this wagon drives off.
Even the GN benchmark wasn't actually maxed.
Unless you are talking about maxed AA. Which I don't see as necessary. 8xAA is way too taxing for what it's worth. Everything else maxed and I can't remember, it's been a while, but probably 2xAA. I really don't need more than that at 4k. I'd rather have the extra frames. But other than that yeah, maxed at 60FPS. No Gsync. I always use V-sync anyway. I cannot stand tearing and 60FPS is always my goal.
