aardvark1134 Got the notification email been trying to checkout for like 2 hrs. I have tried 3 different browsers and keep getting this where you confirm your billing address secure.evga.com says Error: Please reload this poage and try again or contact to the Website manager.
Try not selecting the box to make the shipping address same as the billing (IE: type in the same address twice). I've seen it get stuck on the "Suggested address" box when you grey out the second half. And don't sweat it, you got plenty of time
Doesn't help. Also their sales team just says they don't do sales over the phone and to use the website that doesn't work.
Can you clear your cache and try again...or your mobile phone browser?
Tried phone, laptop, desktop, chrome, firefox, edge, even IE, all give the same message.
If i were you, i'd sent an email to webmaster@evga.com. they should be able to help you. Spent like an hr on phone with support. Apparently if your profile has a POBOX on it your checkout will get jammed up no matter what you pick for a shipping address. They took that out of my profile and not I can get all the past the CC and everything to the last box where you confirm your order and poof straight back to the beginning. So I still can't check out the very last thing you check before hitting confirm order wipes everything and sends me to their home page. Ugh

I thought I saw one or two people report getting the XC3 Gaming (Non-Ultra) notifications yesterday, but I see zero "email received" entries on the spreadsheet.

The problem for me ended being yet another annoying address check where a machine thinks it knows my address better than I do. I modified the address to a format it would accept and I was able to get my order through. Funny part is, the address is Paypal verified, but when I tried to use Paypal Evga refused to accept the address, so I had to do it via CC instead. Glad to get my order in, but so dang sick of having to fight around those address checkers constantly. Hope this helps you out a bit!

As I read the spreadsheet at 4:30 today, this is where we are. Please note that given the hacks overnight, the spreadsheet has been under some pressure today and I don't think everybody who received emails today was able to self-report (or have somebody report on their behalf) back to the sheet -- so this may be off by a few minutes. This is super depressing. It's been over a month for 3090 and probably around ~125 have been shipped. I would have thought 150 a week at least. To see the numbers this low is just horrible. Nvidia really messed up this launch for us. It was all to get it out there before AMD. No care for us or our stress level. I'm sure they are super happy with themselves.

aardvark1134 Got the notification email been trying to checkout for like 2 hrs.

Again, this is just from the spreadsheet -- which is an imperfect tool based on a subset of self-reported information. It does not reflect all the cards that have been distributed through the queue. I read it as 300+ cards getting to gamers and other enthusiasts who were unable to beat the bots and who proudly refused to go the route of dealing with a scalper. This is a win in my book. And each day, we will have more wins coming to this community. I wish it were more, but I will continue to try to find the brighter side of this suboptimal situation.

Good job! I am an application developer and I have problems navigating web pages and apps too I did click that signature required check box but I don't see that it changed anything. There was no charge for it and its not showing up on my UPS tracking information Oh well I will be home anyway as my company is still working remotely. Going to be hard to get any work done Friday

Obviously the spreadsheet is imperfect but I doubt it's too far off. Even if it's half it's horrible. 300, even if it was 500 cards between 3080 and 3090 is ridiculously low for over a month. I'm happy you are trying to be positive but that's crazy low. Not EVGA's fault. They are doing everything they can. It's Nvidia's fault. They could have held off on the announcement. Let us keep our current cards without de-valuing them with an early announcement. If they held off on the announcement until Mid-November and stock piled cards we wouldn't have had to sell and could have continued gaming. I had to sell my card before the announcement so I wouldn't lose hundred of dollars. Instead I have nothing and wait day after day to give them $1800. It just could have been handled better, but that's not the Nvidia way. Especially this time.

On the spreadsheet for XC3 Ultra, there is someone who says they opted in at 9/17 7AM and have already received an email. However prior to this entry there was 46 other entries that looks like they haven't received anything. Anyone has any idea what's going on there?

Either an erroneous entry (and they meant 9/16) or somebody trolling. The spreadsheet was attacked three different times over the last 24 hours so I wouldn’t put it past them that they are trolling. Final possibility...they got it through another vendor like New Egg and self-reported to the sheet to indicate that they no longer need one. My recommendation would be to focus on where the balance of the email invite reports are and use that as the indication of where the front of the line for that card is at that moment.

4k60 is amazing in ACOd, Satisfactory, CK3, FFXV. It's pretty good in RDR2. I have most stuff maxed, a bunch of stuff ticked down, a handful of things at medium. Able to hold 4K60 in most areas. Holding 57-60fps in the benchmark. 40-60 in full-weather bayou. It's real nice. One thing is for sure, the game doesn't look horrible anymore. Good luck to everyone tomorrow, and congrats to everyone that bought one today! Hopefully you'll have lucky with 17 hour shipping as well!

selarom Apologies if this has been asked before... but how do I know where I am in the queue?
There is no official way of knowing your exact place. there is a spreadsheet created by the community that can give you a *very* rough idea...
All you can do at this point is wait for people to report back when they get their email notification. It looks like the queue is getting close to the 9am hour on 9/17 for the 3080 FTW Ultra. I'm inside of 12 hours now. There are still a lot of people between me and 9am, so I don't expect to be notified any time soon. It looks like the list for the 3897's has moved by about 200 positions since my info was entered. Longer line, but it's moving faster. ------------------- 10G-P5-3897-KR 9/17/2020 8:24:17 PM PT No 458 10G-P5-3885-KR 9/17/2020 8:23:54 PM PT No 284 10G-P5-3883-KR 9/17/2020 8:23:30 PM PT No 184 10G-P5-3881-KR 9/17/2020 8:22:54 PM PT No 216

enewt As I read the spreadsheet at 4:30 today, this is where we are. Please note that given the hacks overnight, the spreadsheet has been under some pressure today and I don't think everybody who received emails today was able to self-report (or have somebody report on their behalf) back to the sheet -- so this may be off by a few minutes. Card Auto-Notify Date/Time Sheet Position Number Change in sheet spots (24hrs) 3090 FTW3 Ultra 9/24/2020 13:30:55 115 +4 3090 FTW3 Gaming 9/24/2020 00:00:00 0 N/A 3090 XC3 Ultra 9/24/2020 00:00:00 0 N/A 3090 XC3 Gaming 9/24/2020 00:00:00 0 N/A 3090 XC3 Black 9/24/2020 00:00:00 0 N/A 3080 FTW3 Ultra 9/17/2020 08:22:18 167 +17 3080 FTW3 Gaming 9/16/2020 00:00:00 0 N/A 3080 XC3 Ultra 9/16/2020 14:31:30 60 +8 3080 XC3 Gaming 9/16/2020 11:01:20 3* N/A 3080 XC3 Black 9/15/2020 00:00:00 0 N/A * I saw evidence of a date/time stamp to indicate that the emails have gone out to folks at 11:01 am and earlier on 9/26 for the 3080 XC3 Gaming. That has not been reported to the sheet.
This is great, thanks! Much easier than 100 people trying to open the spreadsheet, lol.

enewt Thx. I will update the table.
For real thanks for showing the numbers in a readable way. Whatever they are at least we have a way to keep up with them. Thanks bro

My pleasure.
Again, 300+ cards that we didn’t have a shot at before EVGA created the queue system. That’s a win in my book.

Well sure but it could/should be 300 a week

I'm just looking at the spreadsheet now. Is it safe to say fulfillment is roughly 30-45 days from signing up for the notification?

No. It will vary as there is a huge number who signed up the first day or two. It tapers off dramatically after that. It will also vary per card as each SKU has its own queue. Unfortunately, there is not a straight forward answer to most of this.

We don't know that it isn't 300 a week or more as the total number of people who signed up and who have received cards through the queue is unknown. I do get your point though and I don't disagree that it "should" be more.

You cant make that comparison tho Burn. The entries were weighted very heavily towards the beginning of the queue... I think someone said that 50% or more were between golive and noon on the 17th. Once they clear that hurdle the queue system will become less and less needed.

The original table (earlier on this page of the thread) has been updated to include FillyGTGirl's report. https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/3129806
