GrandWhiteTigerSli 3090 + 11900k and ekwb tec waterblock. Easy You should not use word " easy" and " 3090" together( especially for two same cards) these days  3090 TDP is 350W(700W for two in SLI), i9-11900k TDP is 125 W, total 825W for such configuration. Plus some for other stuff - 1000W PSU should be enough.

Oh hi Nick. Good morning to you as well :) Mining is stuck in your mind good sir. Heavy benchmarking under liquid nitro dual cards need alot of power. Also people with powerful machine learning builds find these useful. other use cases off the top of my head: : Heavy Rendering machines : Advanced 3d modeling workstations : Large specialized media servers Also, enthusiast threadripper systems are more common than you think. Dual GPU setups are more common than you think as well. SLI may be dead but dual setups still have practical implications in a host of other scenarios. True they are a bit more specialized but every now and then someone needs one and they are hard to get these days.

It is not right for some with three months of waiting to get their card and for others to wait more than a year, you should see this.
Everyone has the option to sign up for the card they are interested in. The receiving person can’t help if their card line moves faster than another. Think of it in terms of going to a grocery store. There are four checkout stands. We each get to pick a line. There will always be a fast moving line, and the one that seems to be at a standstill. Its just life. In the meantime, I try to be happy for those individuals who get their notices, while I wait for my turn to checkout. I hope your card finds its way to you soon. Good luck.

Depends on which card (as the weighs and sizes are different), whether you want to pay for the regular, fast or fastest truck, etc. Assuming you are not upgrading your UPS truck, I would assume $20 to $30. But others may have better info.

So if we remove an item from our Queue does it move our queue position to the next oldest item?
I just did so and it doesn't look like it has. All it says is "removed by user" and looks like it's still active.
