I have a question,
I forget to remove the notifies, so mynotifies now shows true for the oldest two but they aren't the ones I want and want to remove them. If I remove them now, would the system change true for the next oldest two? or im in deep hole for forgetting to remove these notifies.....................

The whole thing is screwed up atm. They are just now setting this system up. So will probably take some time to debug and make adjustments.

Or is the prior rule about 1 per address is still in affect? The queue changes have made me reconsider buying this

Id assume the sales team might cancel your order once they cross-check your address if that is the case. I'd place your order as normal for now and deal with it when/if it happens.

I've had 3 cards shipped to my own address before handing off to friends in person, and one card shipped directly to a friends address with no issues. 
The card going directly to a friend is set to be delivered tomorrow, purchased on 10/6. 
All four used the same billing address though (mine)
 
Along those lines:

And that will be shipped to a third address for another friend of mine.
However he'll be using his own billing + shipping info, hoping there won't be any issues. 
 
edit: I should say these are all different card models though. 3070 XC3, 3070 FTW, 3070ti XC3, 3070ti FTW, and most recently 3080ti FTW.

Congratulations! I am not sure about the address issue. I think you may get a cancelled order if you ship it to the same address that received the same model from the queue previously, but I don't actually know.

There no $830 version of 3080 Ti. As for price for 3080 Ti, it doesn't seem insane, since it practically 3090 with 12Gb RAM instead 24.
