Probably a straggler from Friday which may itself have been a straggler from Thursday as there were no reports of 3070s on Friday that I saw. So moving back might help the very first one or two, but after that, nah.

the 3663-kr turn kl
the 3885-kr turn kl
the 3881-kr turn kl
I already had the 3767-kr turn kl
So in my case I don't get hurt since I never got a kr and do not have to worry about an rma giving me a kl
but I am sure others are now holding the better cards and I do not know how the rma's are handled. For them.
Well at least it does not affect me.

So, I broke down this weekend and bought a restaurant-made s'more...technically, "s'more pie"...it was that bad of a week.
I cannot find where I can preorder my pie as well? 
Wow, somebody red-flagged the post...seems a bit harsh. They must be as salty as the pie was. It is sold here, by the slice (3 out of 5 stars, but their pizzas are lovely). As an aside, my all-time favorite pie place is this one...the cherry pie (5 out of 5) is absolutely killer.
If you are ever in the Nor Cal area, I really really love the pies at Nation's (the burgers are great as well). Hit them up whenever I go up to visit.
Go with the pecan pie. They put way too much mayo on their burgers. Way too much. Lol

And there isn't a damn thing EVGA can do about that. nVidia produces the GPU's and sends them to EVGA. nVidia is going to stop sending out the non-LHR GPU's to board partners. So what do you expect them to do about it. Besides, it shouldn't affect you in any way if you're not using it to mine ETH.

By then they may already have the next gen GPUs so they'd just "upgrade" you. Any hardware company that offers replacements is going to retain some percentage of the cards they sell for RMAs based on historical run-rates on replacements so I don't see why EVGA would do any different for KR and KL. I'm sure they'll have enough to cover both SKUs for as long as they plan to support those warranties. Unless there's something in their EULA that states mining voids their warranty at which point they may have an argument for replacing KR with KL.

Why do so many forum members from the EU poop all over EVGA? The bulk of their business is in North America. I'd be interested in getting a Palit, PNY, XFX or even a couple Galaxy cards but I understand that North America is not their primary focus. It is what it is people, I don't call out Palit's business practices as being unfair or a big scam, I'm actually able to comprehend that yes they sell to Canada, just not in quantity, exactly like EVGA does with the EU.

On live stream last week Jacob said that for now if you RMA a non LHR card that you will get a non LHR card in return. For now......

You would almost certainly get a KL in the future. They only have to give you a card of equivalent performance, and according to the spec KL and KR cards are the same. They aren't sold based on mining performance. Just ask the people RMAing 2080 Tis and getting 3070s.

im sure its a lot of vendors at EU market that do not represent at US market, maybe its time to concentrate on this brands? evga is us company, and they even do not able satisfy their domestic market

They don't need to hold back KR cards for RMA, as if the card is burned up from mining they send the dead card back as not covered at all. Farmer should have made enough money in the first place to just buy a replacement for his misused, worn out card.

The XC3 notoriously move at a snails pace. If I had to guess, you are about 6 months out.

It represents the last timestamp to report receiving an invite to purchase email. So, you have a number of months left to wait until the queue slowly crawls into the afternoon of its launch day. Sorry I don't have better news.

Well dang, I guess when they have a purchase limit of 1, that's lifetime. I had a 3767 notify come up today (I wanted KR because mining) and when I went to check out it says that I have already purchased one (back in January) :(

It is what it is people, I don't call out Palit's business practices as being unfair or a big scam, I'm actually able to comprehend that yes they sell to Canada, just not in quantity, exactly like EVGA does with the EU.
Agreed, but just a point of clarification, PNY and XFX are both very much American companies  .

So, I broke down this weekend and bought a restaurant-made s'more...technically, "s'more pie"...it was that bad of a week.
I cannot find where I can preorder my pie as well?
Wow, somebody red-flagged the post...seems a bit harsh. They must be as salty as the pie was. It is sold here, by the slice (3 out of 5 stars, but their pizzas are lovely). As an aside, my all-time favorite pie place is this one...the cherry pie (5 out of 5) is absolutely killer.
If you are ever in the Nor Cal area, I really really love the pies at Nation's (the burgers are great as well). Hit them up whenever I go up to visit.
Go with the pecan pie. They put way too much mayo on their burgers. Way too much. Lol
Love the Chocolate creme myself. A couple of napkins cures the mayo issue. Large slice = no fries tho.

Someone was in the same boat as you and when they tried to buy the 2nd card, they were not able to. I'm assuming its due to the "1 card per household" that EVGA is enforcing.
