even going that far to care about it and the fact that people have freaked out about it in the past is what is ridiculous. i'll share my code anytime i'm allowed. no one should be shaming anyone for that. if EVGA has a problem then they can handle.
Yeah, the freakout happened because someone made a hyperlink of Enewt's code but replaced with a cookie for their own code :O

Almost 2 hours and I still can't get the KPHC 3999-KR product page most of the time, just the full capacity page. The few times the product page appeared, the little notify window would then spit a tiny full capacity page, or once or twice an "Error Code: LB210610" message. Made sure I had no other EVGA windows/tabs open at the same time. This is really unfair seeing many others posting here able to register for the same card.

Holy hell what a nightmare - didn't do much better than when I was on the road w/my phone!
Was all logged in & ready to go by 11:35. Multiple page load errors, site at capacity, then finally was able to get the notify button at 9:04, but when I submitted I kept getting the errors like "Access denied" and the LB210610.
Finally got to submit the notify, confirmed by email.

Opposite for me, FTW3 Ultra 3070ti went much better than the XC3, which is too bad since I have to mod my computer to make the FTW3 fit, while the XC3 will just slip in nicely.

Not sure there is a "usual" day, but the biggest days historically have usually been Tuesdays. I imagine once everything settles down this morning we'll (hopefully) have some drops starting up in about an hour or so.

I've been thinking, and it really doesn't make much sense, but I've had a much easier time getting 30XX series cards for me and my friends than when trying to obtain a Ryzen 9 5900X. I currently have a 5800X that I was able to get on launch from Best Buy but I originally wanted a 5900X. In that time I have managed to get my hands on an RTX 3070 FE and 3080 FE from Best Buy as well as get a 3070 XC3, a notification that I declined for the 3070 FTW3, a 3070 Ti FTW3, and now my 3080 Ti FTW3 that I am going to replace my 3080 FE with from the EVGA queue. Meanwhile, Best Buy has since then pretty much stopped doing regular drops of the 5900X and 5950X, and the only other place that I can get one at retail is to go to a Micro Center that is a 2 hour drive from me and hope they still have stock for the day.
Then you got the hard part out of the way first thus you should be HAPPY about that. As far as not being able to get a 5900 versus a 5800 are we supposed to feel sorry for you that you cannot get it delivered to your front door with zero effort on your part? That is a first world problem right there and you need to get some perspective on what you should be frustrated about. I also wanted a 5900X as well as a Crosshair 8 Dark Hero board to run it on. I didn't have the luxury of only having a two hour drive to my nearest Micro Center. Mine was between six and seven hours away. I paid attention to the stock level and got up early and made the drive to show up there close-ish to opening time. Guess what. I got both parts that I wanted. So if that is all you want to do is not put effort into actually getting the parts but putting some in to complain about it I have no sympathy to give. There are probably more than a few people around here that would LOVE to have your "problem" of "only" having a 5800X and a bevy of hard to get video cards.
