It's possible they only had a limited quantity and closed that queue. They did that for the base 3080ti.

Man... I couldn't get in on any of my PC's. I had the best luck on my phone. I got the product pages to show pretty quick, but damn... the XC3 was already gone. No auto notify button which irks me because it's the one I wanted since the FTW3 won't fit in the case I'll be putting this. Still, I'll go for the FTW3. Maybe I'll change the case, maybe I'll trade the card for an XC3... we'll see.

Had same issues as last week, and that a lot of people seemed to have had this week as well: 404, access denied, full capacity, etc. I got the page to load once, but then the notify popup didn't. I was able to grab the direct link to it with the token on it. Just kept refreshing that.

finally managed to get in queue at 6:39am for the FTW model.

Damn, finally, You have already entered for a notify on the following date/time: 6/10/2021 6:32:27 AM.
EVGA should of done a queue system for this, limit there servers to the notification page and time stamps wouldn't matter.

FYI for anyone wondering, the direct link that enewt posted for the auto-notify worked fine and actually loaded for me better than the product pages did. I got my notify in relatively early that way. If only they could have allowed this for the 3080 Ti launch...... Edit: Thanks for the links, enewt! Hopefully I get my notify later today.
