The Hybrid box had one crinkle and that was from my handling, other box was perfect.
And yes, I did hug them, and that may have caused additional collateral damage…so happy the 3080 Ti is in hand - wicked smart GPU! Lol
I would love to hug a box full of cuda cores :) maybe once the que reaches 7:52.

I saw that coming months ago when the 3080 TI was just a rumor and not surprised to see it happening: they keep playing with the SKUs now and it's ridiculous that they came up with 47 different SKUs, make us almost fight each other to get in ****ing line to get one and then months after basically just drop some SKUs without saying a word. I've been one hour away from the 3897 for weeks now and don't expect it to move anymore now that the TIs are out. I'm 7 minutes away from a TI and I have better chances of seeing this one before the end of the year than the stupid 3897 that just don't move anymore because they prioritize the ones (Tis) were they can scam more money from people for pretty much the same card.

Just in case anyone was wondering, it seems like the mods have done a pretty good job of keeping this thread clean. From October 5, 2020 until April 27, 2021, we average about 165 posts per day. April 27th was the date when people started talking about Elite members getting the 24 hour jump on the queue for the 3080 Ti, and when we started seeing more "spammy" posts. Since then, the average has only gone up to about 178 posts per day, a jump of only 8%. Not bad! Of course, I have to wonder how much of that increase can be explained by natural growth of the website/forum. Would be interesting to see how many posts were made per month in this thread and how much it has increased over time... Just doing some idle math to wait out the time until the 3080, waterlogged version, gets here on Thursday!

So did they fulfill all the 3955 notifies that were put in on launch day? I know the killed the button pretty quickly, which is what they did with the -K2 Launch edition FTW3. I'm just curious if they also fulfilled all the notifies for that day. Basically, this may help inform me of what they're planning to do for the XC3 3070 ti.

That genuinely depends on which queue you're talking about. If it's the hybrid, possibly a month? Maybe longer? If it's the 3967, very possibly this month. It's still too early to tell since we haven't gotten a good idea of the movement yet, but that's not a horrible time. If we see movement like the 3657 saw, you'd be in good shape.
