FighterGamer67 I wonder if they are still going to make other ultra cards or if they are just going to concentrate on the ti ultra cards.
I think they are concentrating on all the card models .. They just have more stock on the 3080ti just because of the pushback of the release date. And I think they won't make that many 3090s anymore because they are not worth the money anymore.

static.quai I've seen a lot of posts saying things like oh, so now I have to wait til 2022 after this most recent launch. Some people asking if there's even a point in signing up after the first 24 hours. Yada yada. Look. It's the first day and a half after this most recent launch. No one really knows how it will shake out. But to be a debbie downer so quick? That's kind of a dumb way to approach it. Not saying you're dumb, it's just taking a fatalist view. Nothing suggests it's warranted yet as the movement to date has been pretty decent. It's mostly validated that not many requests came in before the 7.20am PT mark on 6/3 for all cards released. I think the 20s aren't super heavy and it will slow down in the 40s and 50s, but it's pretty good so far. Focus on that. The other thing evga seems to have done this launch is close down notifies for the lowest tier card early. That's not awesome for some, but that's where the most danger was in getting the long wait (3655 being the most recent example). As a counter example to the 3655, look at the 3657. It's moved pretty well, and at just over 3 months, it's just after 10pm PT. I think that was a 9am PT launch, so over 13 hours. It's only going to keep moving faster and that was a budget card. Drink some water. Lower your sodium levels. At least wait a month before you scream the sky is falling. If everything stalls out after this week, then yep yell as fast as your typing fingers will allow it. For now, just stop.
Great points. By shutting down a few queues early, they funneled us into fewer, longer queues...but ones that will show movement as opposed to some of the original 3080 queues that are still stuck in September.
Good points and well said from the both of you. We all just need to give it some time and remember that we're all on the same sides here. Being negative isn't productive - especially this early into everything. Let's just do our best to stay positive and keep each other company. Be the best community that we can while we wait together.

idk, i can totally understand people being pissed. I mean, look at some of the 3080 queues. 9 months later, only what, 3 days movement? That's insanity. And now launching EVEN MORE queues that'll throttle everything else. This whole 30xx generation is a mess in more ways than just covid.

New gpu is on Nvidia, not evga, EVGA atleast have learned to not have so many SKU now lol, they have the 2 pin xc3 air hybrid and HydroCopper And 3 pin ftw3 air hybrid and Hydrocopper Seems like they are trying to manage queues in such a way so that the 3080 debacle doesn't repeat itself

Josiador You wants to say that last email of 3080 Europe was in 2020? Oh... wow
Nah, that's where the queue is at, EU saw 2 drops? 3 drops? in the past 2 months I believe... One drop about 2 weeks ago and then one or 2 in the beginning of April..

Well, yes, you have morning ... and you will see the sun with your baby =) I'm wondering. The reservation for video cards has earned. And who has already received them in turn?

driam That would be awesome, I was also expecting the same thing, end of may, thank you Fuccons for the glimmer of hope. Yonson what was your timestamp if you don't mind me asking. I am at 10:00:20. Side note, it is late right now and I need to head to bed, I hope you all have a great weekend!
10:00.24, so you are well ahead of me... On a plus note I'm only 12 away from a K|NGP|N card now, who knows how long away I am from a KP water block though...

StevenYe Any idea when people entered on 6/4 at 12:01 PM can have their chance?
Just like static.quai *just* said, we don't know as the cards just launched. The next week or two will give us a better idea hopefully.
🤣🤣🤣
We may start to have en understanding of what kindergarten teachers go through everyday.
I’m afraid we’ll have to have a rotation of somewhat established* members coming in and filling in with the repetitive answers till after a week of 3070 Ti launch.
“No Bobby, you shouldn’t eat your boogers.”, “yes Annabel, you will have to take a nap, just like the past 200 days you’ve asked”, “oh Patrick! When will you STOP shoving peas in your nostril!?”
* Not that I’m established, nor a longtime member, but the amount of detritus as enewt eloquently put, is becoming unmanageable.
Have been an assistant at a preschool, have taught a summer camp for ages 5-7, and have worked in customer service for software.
The software customers were more trouble than the kids ever were!
I commend your perseverance for sticking to such professions. Me, I don’t do mondays, and I don’t do mornings, and most of all, I’m an equal opportunity grouch to all living things. Gosh darn it, I can’t even stand myself sometimes, so it boggles my mind when people are kind to each other. I view that as a sickness and try to avoid those people lest it is contagious!

So do you think they will give the 3969 the same amount of attention they have given the rest of the hydro series which is absolutely none? I mean i plan a water build and it would be so much easier to get a water block already attached instead of ripping a brand new card apart. I am so close to a build it's killing me.

Some limited number of folks who signed up for 3080 Tis on Thursday were able to buy them on Thursday. Some who live in Southern California (near EVGA) or who used next day shipping have already received their 3080 Tis. Not enough folks, for sure, but some.

Did they make an announcement about stopping production on 3060 Ti? It hasn’t moved in months, I’m guessing they just killed it? edit: I should say none of the 3060 Ti models have moved in months, so this isn’t about any particular one.

Well 3070 TI, 3070 and 3060 TI are on the same die so in general since there is enough demand to sell everyone a 3070 TI at a higher price most of the GPUs will be 3070TI the ones that can't 3070s and the ones that can't be a 3070 become a 3060TI. So 3060 TIs will likely be low volume but not sure id say they are dead.

EVGA wanted to drum up interest in it's elite program and it got it's wish. What we are seeing is one result of thousands of new accounts being created in the run up to the 3080TI launch. This thread is being inundated with noobs and their noob questions, which is fine, but it does get old when you see questions like, "So, um, why do I have to wait in a queue? Why can't I just order a card?". Then you have the scalpers and others who just want to get their 100 posts and run through every single thread posting "Thanks". Asking the moderators to ban them is a fools errand because, remember, evga WANTS this. They want to track what people are buying and target their audience better. I think it's a little creepy, but they are all doing it now, or will be soon. I had to take my kids to school just as the auto-notify for the 3080TI's was starting to loosen up, so I did not end up getting a time stamp for the 3080TI hybrid (3968) until a few minutes before 9am on 6/3. The queue is packed so tight between launch and my time stamp about 70 minutes later that I don't expect to ever get a card through the queue. I am less than a minute away in the 3898 queue, so I will get that one first and do the step-up if I really think it's worth it (I don't) to spend an extra $500 for another 2GB of VRAM.

I saw many long term Elite members complaining they didn't get to cut the line. So it sounds like EVGA listened. It's fairly easy to become an Elite member.

Oh, and just to give the 3080TI hopefuls some perspective on how time works in EVGA world.... The 3080 hybrid (3898) launched in mid-December. Yes, there was a tiny pre-launch in November that was unannounced and I have not forgotten that, but I'm referring to the announced launch on 12/16. The queue started at 9am but it got bogged down, so the earliest time stamps for the 3898 were 9:02 and some change. I got what I did not think was a very good time stamp at 9:08:44. We are coming up on 6 months now and the queue has moved about 5.5 minutes. I expect to either be in the next drop, or the one after that. So, July is probably a safe guess for my time stamp that was a little more than SIX MINUTES after launch. I expect Jacob to chime in at some point if he hasn't already with the "HC's and hybrids will be made in limited quantities" remark, so those of you who are in those queues and have a time stamp after 8am on 6/3 are probably going to be in for a long wait. I'm closer to 9am, so I'm not going to delude myself into thinking that I will get a card that way before 2022. Probably not early 2022 either. If we were coming out of the chip shortage I would be more optimistic, but we're not even close. The hybrid or HC is the way to go with the TI's though. I would avoid the air cooled unless you like cards that run hot and are loud as ****.
