coldrain85 Oh, and just to give the 3080TI hopefuls some perspective on how time works in EVGA world.... The 3080 hybrid (3898) launched in mid-December. Yes, there was a tiny pre-launch in November that was unannounced and I have not forgotten that, but I'm referring to the announced launch on 12/16. The queue started at 9am but it got bogged down, so the earliest time stamps for the 3898 were 9:02 and some change. I got what I did not think was a very good time stamp at 9:08:44. We are coming up on 6 months now and the queue has moved about 5.5 minutes. I expect to either be in the next drop, or the one after that. So, July is probably a safe guess for my time stamp that was a little more than SIX MINUTES after launch. I expect Jacob to chime in at some point if he hasn't already with the "HC's and hybrids will be made in limited quantities" remark, so those of you who are in those queues and have a time stamp after 8am on 6/3 are probably going to be in for a long wait. I'm closer to 9am, so I'm not going to delude myself into thinking that I will get a card that way before 2022. Probably not early 2022 either. If we were coming out of the chip shortage I would be more optimistic, but we're not even close. The hybrid or HC is the way to go with the TI's though. I would avoid the air cooled unless you like cards that run hot and are loud as ****.
Yeah I got in around 909 for the 3967-kr and 908 for the 3968-kr I have 28 cards in my queue I got 1 card so far a 3060. I have waited a combined total of about 117 months for those cards. So while some may like this listing setup I am not pleased with it. I have purchased from evga for 10 years. More than 20k in gear before sept of 2020. So frankly I not pleased with the way they run the show. But Bestbuy sold me a 2000 usd pny 3090 shipped it to the store for pickup and the morning the card was to be picked dup they cancelled the order. Evga does not play that game. Newegg sold me a 3080 white gigabyte (via Newegg Shuffle) I took 22 minutes of a 2 hour clock to buy it meaning I had 1 hour and 38 minutes left and they did not have one for me. BH photo sold me an aorus 3080 and cancelled sale. so 3 major sellers can simply not sell it when you fight and get it. I stick with evga.

12/16 isn't that bad, I still have a time stamp from just after Midnight on 9/17, its still several hours to go in 9/16 and its a model they have produced. The FTW3 cooler works great on the 3080 id imagine it will be fine on the 3080 TI since the VRAM is not all over the place like the 3090. 10G-P5-3881-KR 9/17/2020 12:01:39 AM PTNo

I wish EVGA emailed us current elite members about the rough timing of ti drops, so I could have prepared a little. I was off by like 8 hours from when they opened up the queue :(. I just so happen to be looking at something else that mentioned queue times, oy.

I had many similar questions when I joined the queue in March, and not trying to sound snobbish or anything, but I didn't want to be an undue burden and read a few pages back. This answered all my questions and more. There are definitely a lot of sub-100 post Elite members, but when someone with less than 100 posts asks something that is answered literally in the previous few posts on the same page, it feels a lot like veiled road-to-100 spam. I unfortunately see this same "won't RTFM"/"unwillingness to look for answers" behavior in many other forums. Not salty about it, just mildly disappointed.

So you’re saying just because you spent 20k in the past they should let you cut in line n sell the cards directly to you first vs people who are ahead of you ?

Given the amount of time the manufacturers had to build up on stock, it is good to see that some elite members already have their 3080 ti cards "in the mail". Of course, as a newbie to the forum (not EVGA....I have multiple EVGA cards on my "GPU Wall"), I figure my 9:01 time on the 4th will mean Aug/Sep and given a lot of us are still waiting from the 3080 launch, what's a few more months?

Just catching up as I spent the day on a ladder outside painting. Man, oh man just how much out of condition I am is a real eye opener.
Loads of chuckles as always sprinkled with a Liberal dose of salt. Just another fun day in the backroom.
Again I don't think it's said often enough but "A Big Thank You!" to Enewt for all the updates and Banter and of course the folks who put so much work into the spreadsheets. And to all the rest of you salty sea dogs I raise my glass to you.
Ok, enough of that malarkey it's Beer time. Have a great weekend one and all.

Cheemonstonzo: You are probably correct about the "road-to-100" spam. I've also noticed more posts where new members are answering the questions that are asked repeatedly and that is a good thing to have happen.

Well EVGA didn't gave all their products this week.. maybe they have a lot more.. soo there is a possibility that you will have your 3080ti faster than that.

Well, yes, you are right. Many people want to fill 100 messages. But you need to understand that these are all decent users who want to buy a video card for themselves. As I. I even have an EVGA poster hanging from the 970 at home. At the time I bought it, I did not register this product. I could not even imagine what would happen on the video card market. And what do I need for Elite Members

miggidy22 It would be nice to know your place in the queue. This would help to give you an idea when to keep an eye out for the order notification e-mail. It would suck to miss the e-mail during the 8 hour response window.
Yeah that would be nice. From what I hear is they are at 7:21am PDT for the 3080ti ftw3. What time did you signed up?
Just a few minutes ago...
oh deng, yeah if its signed up today, then probably 8 months to a year tbh. But still dont give up, eventually you will get a card
Ouch! I live in Santa Clara, maybe I'll just stand in front of Nvidia headquarters and beg Jensen for a card
Hey, i live in bayarea too just 30 mins north hahaha
You mean you didn't hit the line at the only Best Buy in the Bay Area selling the 3080 Ti at launch?

coldrain85 Oh, and just to give the 3080TI hopefuls some perspective on how time works in EVGA world....
Wow, that's a bit disheartening but I understand the reality. 5:30 minutes of movement for 6 months worth of queue makes me less optimistic considering I'm 5:31 minutes out form the last reported 3968 invite to purchase (last report - 6/3/21 7:41:43 and mine at 6/3/21 at 7:47:14). And if the Ti hybrids follows the course of the 3080 hybrids, I may have some time to wait, but I hope this is not the case. I also have an 3967 queued at 7:52:29 but I'd prefer the hybrid for better thermals. At the end of the day, I'll take what I can get and be happy about it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This is my first time using the queue system so I appreciate the insight

There is no list for queues .. But you can figure out if you are close or not of getting a gpu by asking or watching when was the last update of a person that got a gpu..
You can use my Associate code: BDSLXPAD3HLKXV3 for 3% off for your GPU or up to 10% off of any purchase!

Likewise appreciate the insight; was wondering what the queue system would look like for the new releases since there's not much hope on the older queues from what I gather.

Ouch. I pushed some friends towards consoles when they asked about getting into pc gaming. I told them not this year. That was late in 2020, and it was good advice for them. I was lucky to buy a gpu for a relative before things got really crazy, and had to buy a whole dell pc for another one lol. Btw, I don't have a gpu either right now. Sold my card when I read the price, and performance of the 3070, and we all know how that went lol. I grabbed a new laptop in February to replace my 8 year unit. Not the greatest, but it runs most everything fine at 1080p.Might just sell off the rest of my rig if I don't score a 3070 ti.

miggidy22 It would be nice to know your place in the queue.
You mean you didn't hit the line at the only Best Buy in the Bay Area selling the 3080 Ti at launch?
neh, i dont want FE. I want evga

I'm 7:49 for the FTW 3080TI, I'm hoping I can get before end of July. I have an evga coupon that expires start of August.
