... I have one child and we have been thinking about another. We're getting to the point where the age gap is getting quite large though... life kind of got in the way and time slipped though our hands.
Not sure what you consider to be a large age gap but I have 2 boys and there's a 6 year gap with them. My wife and I both agree that it's worked out really well as there's never been the type of conflict/competition like can happen when kids are closer in age. Presumably also doing the opposite and having them very close in age I hear can have the same type of result of reduced conflict/competition.
It will be about that much, a bit more... we'll see I guess :).

Call me crazy, but I think tomorrow will be more than just a straggler drop day. How much more? No idea. But the drops yesterday and today...in aggregate...feel light. Am I the only one who is tracking the NVIDIA Tech Launch Debacle 2020-2021™ by which video game are on the horizon or have already launched? When first we joined this epic watch party, the marker was Cyberpunk's launch in November 2020. Now, I was looking forward to the Battlefield announcement (which, per EA, appears to be in June) but with the news that it will be playable on Xbox One and PS4...I fear that EA's refusal to cut the umbilical cord to last gen platforms will severely limit the overall game design. So, I am looking for a new milestone to measure against...preferably something just over the horizon. To what games are you looking forward? (Answers involving Ubisoft's Skull and Bones will not be accepted as it has been delayed (again) into 2022.) I just hope that I am still not in this holding pattern after GTA VI is announced (which will be years from now).... Best of luck tomorrow! Also I'll mention that it is AWESOME to have the older one be able to be a helper and also be old enough that they themselves don't have to be constantly watched. Changing a diaper and need a new box of wipes that are out of reach? Call in the older one for help. In the middle of bath time and forgot to grab a fresh towel? Call in the older one for help. In the middle of feeding and need a fresh bib and a new shirt? Call in the older one for help.

Im still holding on to the hope that EA has learned its lesson from BF1 and BF5 I have purchased every BF series they made and my gut is telling me, its time to wow us with BF6, If not I truly believe the series will die, at least on the PC side. When does EVGA usually release the SKU for a particular GPU? Just wondering what the 3080 Ti SKU number would be.
Looking at the queue summary and it looks like they've burned through the whole 38xx line.

I bought BF5 but never really was able to get into it. BF1 I played alot but just didn't get the right pop to continue on with 5. Definitely wait and see on BF6.

Long day, but my son got his (actual correctly required) covid test back negative in LA. Back at the gate to return for his trip. If I'd been on the trip, I'd of just said sit yourself in the hotel. But I couldn't let it ruin my mom's trip. I was super worried it'd come back positive. All's well that ends wellish.
I know the drops weren't super today. The kingpin dribbled down three on the list, which was about what I expected. At least two. Got three. Someone else stepped in a few days in front of me. That is what it is. It doesn't really matter what people report, it just matters how many are really there. Here's hoping for a less stressful day and great news on the queue front tomorrow. Cheers all.

BC2 was brilliant. Despite playing it on XBox, used to get crazy sniper shots. Also enjoyed slugs - those made lots of people very angry.

Wellish is subjective. This is what happens when you step back and let teenagers do what they do.
Helicopters are scary. The V-22 is scary. Maybe my next profile pic switch will be a V-22.

I have a special bond with the V-22. My dad was a primary I don't know.. institutional figure in getting it done. But it was terrible because the air would drop out when the rotars rotated. And it cost people their lives in the testing phases.
When I returned home from Iraq the last time, at least to the airfield where I got on a 747 or whatever it was, it was on a V-22. It was a little scary, but it made me proud of my dad and the work he put in. I also knew the lives it cost to get it production ready. These are the challenges of life.

I had followed some of the earlier issues, not a great start. I have seen them parked and in flight and they are impressive. You and your father have every right to be proud, it is quite an engineering feat.
