I do wonder though; is it possible that the fabrication has just matured enough that more chips are top binned, and thus we're seeing more KPE cards? Would explain why we're seeing few to no other 3090 SKUs lately...
It is very possible. It's probably also that they don't sell the KPE through retailers. And that self-reported list is pretty decent. They have a different thread that largely ignores this one. I think their report rate is simply higher than other cards. And not too many signed up initially as it was before many of us realized this game is a long one.

You can check the historical posts from Enewt or the spreadsheet to see the rate. There was a period where it seemed to speed up but the drops have pretty much died recently. We're getting maybe one heavy day of drops every week or two and only for a few of the SKUs. Certain cards like the 3987 appear to have sped up because it's passed the launch day congestion and while it does not drop consistently, it was jumping days and hours at a time when it would. We haven't seen much movement on that recently. It seems the hot card currently is the 3657. It's anyone's guess though as to what will be dropping and/or when. Stay tuned! Nope. It's a weird system, but I get the point. They want you to be sure before you get there, otherwise they stick it to you. Just wild that you can leave early, get off quarantine protocol, then fly back with a new test in hand. Hawaii is losing out on revenue doing it that way, but they have a really closed ecosystem. Them's just the breaks. I was going to give him my 1080ti when I got my replacement card, but I'll let him keep on getting on with a 1060 for a couple of more years now.

I think it was Urobulus, but it could have been anyone, who said sign up for everything. I didn't sign up for everything because I know what I wouldn't buy. But if you want a specific number, sign up for every one of those. Signing up doesn't mean you have to buy. If you get one you want, you can always remove your notifies as well so as to not slow up the queue. It's not too late. If enewt can sign up for the KPE hybrid queue last week, you can sign up for whatever catches your fancy too. At some point, the extra 70 bucks or whatever (or soul crushing short lived queues) is just worth it. Go sign up now. See which comes first.

Back in October I signed up for a 3755 with my yahoo account, then my yahoo app started to act up so switched my primary email to gmail. I got the notification to purchase the 3755 in yahoo, but I couldn't buy it because my account was already switched.  I also signed up for 3897 and 3655 with the updated email, but I don't think it's going to happen.
