SLI and kids have a lot in common, they both sound like great idea, but end up being an expensive disappointment. (just kidding, love my kids, and they will never be a disappointment)

Oh it looks awesome.  I did SLI EVGA 1070 FTWs, it was great for benching and looking at.  To keep my joke going (sorry), SLI because it looks cool is kind of like having kids to get the tax credit ;D

Back in October I signed up for a 3755 with my yahoo account, then my yahoo app started to act up so switched my primary email to gmail. I got the notification to purchase the 3755 in yahoo, but I couldn't buy it because my account was already switched.
 
I also signed up for 3897 and 3655 with the updated email, but I don't think it's going to happen.
 
Best of luck to everyone, I don't see it getting better.

My wife has several siblings, she's the youngest, and none of them have kids (and probably never will at this point).  They're all good people.  But when we made the decision to move to a state I don't love that much, we chose where my family lives because there's about 6 kids from my sibs there to play with my daughter.
 
When they get to their teens, I'm going to go crazy building pcs so they can game together.  I'll still want them to go outside and get some sun, but I am looking forward to the mass building of reasonably low budget but awesome gaming rigs. 
 
Also, cats are cool.  Pain sometimes, but some oddball personalities that are just funny as heck sometimes.

I'm confused about your daily postings...  I went as far back as February to view them to see the status changes on the  3663, but it always says 12/01/2020.  Does that mean that since at least February, EVGA hasn't sold a single 3663 to anyone that signed up after 01-Dec-2020?  If I'm reading this correctly, that seems extremely odd.  Did they just stop making the cards completely then?

I feel like 1) that's something that's way too subjective and hard to study because how do you quantify that for comparison? 2) it'd be pretty split because if you have a sibling, you could end up more selfish because you crave more attention that had to be split with your sibling, 3) nature vs. nurture, and 4) aren't all humans a bit selfish? Otherwise we wouldn't do a lot of the things that we do. I just don't know how you would draw a conclusion from that study that also is causation and not just correlation. You could probably easily find only-childs who are incredibly selfless as well as kids who had siblings that are super selfish.

China's "Little Emperor" syndrome has been well studied and has yielded some interesting outcomes. See this paper in Science, for example: . Obviously, there are likely a few important confounding factors here, not the least being the cultural influence on the situation, but it's still worth thinking about. I have one child and we have been thinking about another. We're getting to the point where the age gap is getting quite large though... life kind of got in the way and time slipped though our hands.
