I tend to agree that the spreadsheet can be misleading and frustrating if taken as anything more than a reference.  I put my name on the first 3080 spreadsheets, but haven't provided my information since.  For me, monitoring the last queue drop date/time reported is much less "stressful" and I don't worry about the unknown number of people in front of me.  I guess it depends on the type of person, as well as how they interpret the spreadsheet.

SLI and kids have a lot in common, they both sound like great idea, but end up being expensive and frustrating.

Kids for a tax credit.. oh boy.  Let me tell you a story while you wait.  I have two and they're about 15 years apart.  So I got the janky / incompatible SLI action.  Anyways, my oldest graduated HS last year, but it wasn't a great time for that.  My mom retired this year, so I thought hey, you guys go to Hawaii together.  Something special for both of them, some bonding time.  I knew I couldn't go because other priorities, but I thought that was a good compromise.
 
So my mom did all the research, booked out their stay, sent him his instructions for his covid test that Hawaii requires, all that stuff.  They get there.. and he got the wrong damn test.  Mandatory quarantine for 10 days.  So I may have been up most of the night trying to figure out the best way to unscrew that situation.  It's apparently fly him to LAX, have him take the right test there, then fly back to Hawaii.
 
Kids.  It's why we can't have nice things.
 
With that, I wish all the best of luck on whatever card tickles your fancy.  I hope mine doesn't come up for an extra week or two now.

You can agree if you like, but I'm not really talking spreadsheets.  The KPE hybrid moved 70ish hours yesterday.  It's not because they made more kingpins and released them than ever before.  It's because a congestion bottleneck has been surpassed.  If you think of it as poisson process over dates, you're just going to drive yourself nuts.  There are the old auto-notifies if you have them.  There is just the plain factoring that first day launch and maybe the first few days in general are going to move really slow.
