3080 hybrid has arrived, and it is a monster lol, i MAY have to mount the rad below the card, i know it hurts performance but i just wont go hard on the overclocking
It really does hurt in my experience. I initially front mounted and saw 0 improvement over the stock fan (I converted from an FTW Ultra to Hybrid). Moved it to top mount and saw 8-10 degree drop on cpu and memory immediately. YMMV, but that's my experience with it. I had to remove the fans from the radiator and then reattach the fans once in the case in order to clear my cpu cooler but the effort was worth it.

In case folks are wondering, gamers could probably navigate the Suez Canal just fine...provided your controller was sufficiently charged...just remember, no pause functionality. "Watch this move!" Mounting the rad low may also cause pump and noise issues as air will eventually get in your loop and be stuck in the pump. You may get away with it if you are able to keep your hoses higher than the pump.

It's not the card or heat that it will hurt its making thr pump run without full liquid lubrication which will burn it out

No, I understand. My point is that looking at order volume doesn't get you a leg up. It rewards gamers, miners, builders and scalpers alike. This solves nothing if the issue we are having is increased demand to the many factors already discussed ad nauseum in this thread, and elsewhere.
edit: and it punishes new EVGA customers. The future of their income.
I am not speaking of an order volume but of creating an actual benefit for being a repeat customer. Ex. If Elite membership was more difficult to get but actually gave you a priority queue on all product launches.
There are thresholds people could easily hit without doing volume purchases if they are recurring customers.
Sure new customers may not like it but it also incentives them to be repeat customers in order to get a meaningful benefit.
I agree on the 'making Elite more exclusive' point. Seems pretty easy to get it. Maybe institute an Uber Elite status. Member since 2006, at least 3391 posts, forum name part of Ghostbusters franchise.
Given the fact that EVGA put this early Elite queue in place, they are at least thinking of ways to do the same thing.
I might have seen a guy like that somewhere.

Cases are relatively cheap, dont ruin your hybrid over improper mounting of the rad... Top mount is perfect, side mount is good if you can get the non-hose end of the rad higher than the card/pump. Floor rad mount is bad, buy a new case.
For my case, I have CPU rad in ceiling, KingPin rad front mounted, with hoses at the bottom of the case. If any air is in the loop, it will collect harmlessly at the highest point, which is the non-hose end of my KP rad.

(2) call EVGA customer service during their working hours (9 am to 6 pm Weekdays (excluding EVGA holidays)): 1.888.881.EVGA (3842) (3) they should be able to locate your reply, confirm that the queue has reached your registration and reissue you a new email with a new link to purchase your card. It might take a day or so for them to confirm on-hand inventory and issue the replacement email. Please be vigilant about checking your in-box, whitelist ordernotify@evga.com with your preferred email client, and do not panic about the 8 hour window. EVGA will get you sorted. Best of luck!

It is not too late. Email support @ EVGA and they will let you back in... Has happened way more often than I expected. And as nick_shl states above, make sure to use an associates code! Also, associates codes can be buggy, so you might have to enter them 2-3 times to "take". Good luck!

There are instruction other like you have successfully used to purchased the card (provided that the missed time is hours/days vs weeks/months) Going from memory, but basically you respond to the initial mail, then call the customer support line, they find the email you sent and send you another purchase link. Good luck. Edit: Lol. This isn’t even on the same page as the question anymore 🤣. Gives me hope :)
