EVGA Z490 FTW XMP profile problem!!

Hi Guys!
 
I have a problem  with mi rams, i cant start up mi pc with XMP profile enabled, mi rams are 16x2 F4-3200C16S-16GVK G-SKILL RIPJAWS V, please i need help, i use the pc for work  and need 32 gb of ram. all are new mb and ram. i cant put this in dual channel.

    My XMP is not working and EVGA RTX 3070 ULTRA was seen in bios and windows for 24 hours only ad to RMA 3070.
     
    My System:
    Intel i9 10900k
    Evga Z490 FTW WIFI Bios 1.09 and 1.10 tried both.
    Ram: Corsair Dominators 3200  64gig
     
    Bios shows XMP support 3200 but it will not boot if i put it on XMP auto 3200.
    Only way i got it to boot and work is put on XMP and change 3200 to 3100 and it has been working for months.
    I also had to RMA a EVGA 3070 ULTRA motherboard seen it for 24 hours then can't find it.

    In such a case you can also try adjusting the timings manually in the BIOs rather than XMP.
