Hi I want to know if something is planned for made a Gaming / Overclocker board like the Asrock X99E-ITX/ac ?

I think this should be a great idea for Lan Party and Power Full mini PC . Exemple Silverstone Sugo 13

Would love to see a EVGA board like that with couple thing upgraded others thing not for gamer & overclocker removed ect.

+ Upgraded Part to consider seriously:

1) True Real good onboard sound card ( Because we have only have one PCIe) Like Creative Sound Blast Z ? We can dream
2) 4 or 2* M.2 PCIe Gen 4X Slot with Raid capability on back side of motherboard ( So we have 16X for video card & use All PCIe Lanes)
3) Better Wifi card with minimum 3x3 802.11ac Wi-Fi ( 4 Hole in the I/O Shield for later upgrade ?  )
4) 4 Sodimm slot for have Quad Channel ( G.skill released 4*16GB 2800Mhz Sodimm already)
5) 90 angle USB3 plug ( Nice Idea I think for mini itx case)
6) Dual Bios
7) One  reversible Type-C port
8) Ethernet port Killer E2400

- Thing to remove ( Not important for us I think)

1) SATA Express ( Who really use that ? )
2) PS2 & USB 2 port, use that space for something more useful or for the better sound card ( I know each in² in mini itx is important so don't waste that space for that)

For Finish a BIG Bonus will to have a VRM Heatsink / Waterblock combo with G 1/4 Hole. For if we Watercool the CPU we have only to put 2* 90 degree angle and it done

Sorry for my bad english and please Jacob, team staff or others user if you go here thx for say your idea :).

EVGA has been saying that they will not be making an x99 mITX board because there is not enough market for it. AsRock makes the ones you mentioned above, but very few people ever mention the x99 mITX. I think you are like the 10th person since x99 was released... Not enough of a market to spend months making such an expensive board that supports one pcie Lane. Not to mention that is a huge waste of cpu power. Buy a z97 or z170 mITX and it will do the exact same thing for exponentially cheaper.

X99 on mITX is total waste of potential (even for super low end Xeon). I don't get it why AsRock went ahead with such mental idea. It's not a coincidence that nobody else followed example.

You say for example that PS/2 port is waste of space. Well depend on planned use. If you use that mITX board as a terminal node or for managing for example CNC device then PS/2 is a must, just like ancient COM ports. There is plenty of applications for - from only gamer perspective - supposedly obsolete interfaces. Lack of PS/2/COM port/header is one of my gripes I have with larger Classified. And nobody in right frame of mind will ever use Killer over server grade Intel chips... That just does not compute. ***Kernel Panic!***

I have already make a build for a customer with the Asrock board, CPU and video card Watercooled in a Silverstone Sugo 13 and sorry but many people have buy that board for gaming purpose. But it not a Motherboard 100% for gamer, but we have no choice it the only one . With every thing I have say why you find X99 is a Waste of potential ???

Read again what I have write.

We have Quad channel, 8 Core Extreme CPU possibility, and all PCIE line that will serve for something. You have only the SLI or Crossfire that miss ;).

No, the pc I lanes will serve one x16 and nothing else.. X99 mITX is only done by one company for a reason.. The market is too small, no matter the opinion of people that want it. It is a waste of resources to focus on... EVGA isn't doing so hot in the market of motherboards, removing internal USB 2.0 headers removing features people keep begging for...

If people want to waste the money on a MITX for x99, let them have the AsRock. That one doesn't sell enough for those so desperate for that form factor.. X99 for gaming is a waste anyway.. I would know, 8 core processors perform the same as 4 core processors in gaming... I have 2 8 core systems and a 4 core.. 4 core is still just as good in gaming, so quad channel and 8 cores is an absolute waste for x99 gaming, but it is better for production purposes.

What people "want" for gaming doesn't matter either. I wasted my money.. It didn't get me better performance.. The facts are there, and can not be argued enough. 8 cores is a waste for gaming no matter how much we love them.

It won't be a waste till DX12 kicks in and the developers utilize all the cores but in the mean time you're 100% right.

Lets not forget they forgot to add more than 1 USB header and M.2 PCI-E 3.0.
