So i have been waiting for a board that fully supports m.2 slot 32gb and here it is K edition.

So what do you advise me to do now? Should i buy the FTW K edition or kepp continue waiting for a possible new classified or a possible Dark?

If the X99 FTW K meets your needs, go with it.

Yes I thought about it to ! But decided to wait. Reason 1 power connection to CPU. With 40 PCIe lanes to Draw from how Long is this Board going to Last ?

To clarify, the EPS powers the CPU, the lanes do not power the slots, the slots are powered by the 24 pin and if used, the 6 pin PCIE at the bottom of the board.  A single EPS will in no way limit the lifespan of the board, or functionality under semi-normal uses.  Until you start freezing chips, or you lost the silicon lottery hard and you have to volt the heck out of the processor to get it to clock, the normal clocking levels you see a dozen times a day on the EVGA forums are completely attainable with a single EPS.  I would not worry about stability or longevity issues from a single EPS connector.

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought the EPS powered the PCIe lanes.

What features were added to this board, compared to the X99 Classified?

What stands out to me as far as I've investigated is the M.2 PCIe 3.0, Killer Nic and x2 USB 2.0/3.0 MB headers.

And off course USB 3.1 in nice Red Color, both connector, A and C.
Classified have 2 phases more and no Core3D Audio,
but I think today all real gamers have one nice Creative SBZ series and X99 FTW-Killer features are far more important for build at the moment.
Price is affordable. 
 

The USB 3.1 is Gen 2 as well. Some of the other board makers are touting USB 3.1, but in the small print, many instances turn out to be Gen 1. 
The board sound capability is probably sufficient. Hardware Asylum has reviewed the FTW K and reported the audio is meets the very good criteria using RightMark Audio Analyzer benchmark.

For example asrock x99 fatality pro has 12 phases
2 for the dimm slots on the right and 2 for the dimm slots on the left and the rest 8 phases for just dedicated to cpu.

How about that on the FTW K ? 2+2 =4 for the dimm slots and the rest 4 for the cpu? Or what is it?how does it work on evga ftw k?

Rampage V Extreme use 8 phases as well.
You should believe to manufacturer if they choose 8 or 10 phases you will not be in inferior position for overclocking CPU than on other motherboards.

^This! I have the R5E also and it is a rock solid overclocker.
 
The 8 phase to the CPU is for the CPU only. I asked EVGA Support the same type of question recently.
 
My inquiry: I am aware the X99 FTW K has an 8 phase power design. I am inquiring how, or if, the 8 power phases are divided between the CPU and the memory sockets. For example, 6 + 1 + 1. The memory sockets must have power to them. Overclocking RAM is pretty common and needs stable power. Possibly the 8 phase power is CPU only with a separate power delivery to the memory? 
 
EVGA Support answer: "The configuration of the power phase on the new X99 FTW K is very similar to the configuration on the X99 FTW that preceded it.
There is no split to the power phase to the CPU, it is an 8-phase Digital VRM (IR3563B+IR3350), and the memory handled separately.
 
This puts the RAM slot power on the 24 pin through the motherboard.
 
I recently scolded a contributor at Tom's Hardware for their observations when they wrote an overview of the FTW K. Test the board, then decide if it lives up to what it should do. Don't bias potential customers against a product before it gets a chance to prove its worth. Doing so is unfair the reader (consumer) as well as the motherboard maker.

For power phases, remember that the power delivery on X99 will work more like Z87/Z97, than X79 or Z170, as it uses the FIVR.

Go barebones, bring it to one stick, single GPU, if you are on water, then use the disable jumpers, verify cabling, hit the CMOS reset button and fire it up.  If it boots, go into BIOS, make sure it is current, and set XMP.  Reboot it then.  If it comes back up, power down, add in the rest of the RAM and boot, from there start plugging things back in.
 
If you go through the initial steps and it will will not power on, you have a MB problem, a PSU problem, or a ground issue.  There are a couple other possibilities but these are not nearly as likely.
 
If the issue persists from here, please see the sticky in the X99 thread for the template to fill for getting support form the community/mods as the form will give us the info to effectively troubleshoot the issues at hand.

I mentioned that to EVGA's tech support last night. The rep said that he'd pass along the fact that the X99 FTW K is missing from the CPU/Memory compatibility lists.
 
I'd hazard a guess that the X99 FTW might be a good starting point (the CPUs certainly, and the memory probably).

I called up and asked about the X99 Classified since the hadn't added what Broadwell-E CPUs are supported, but they had released a BIOS update for Broadwell-E.

Is Turbo Boost Max 3.0 supported by this BIOS update?
 
I also noticed that no Broadwell-E Xeons were added to the support list - were there plans to post those as well?

I'm pretty sure thats more of a driver thing than a bios thing.

Not sure that's possible when you have the controls of enabling or disabling Turbo boost in the BIOS.

Not sure that's possible when you have the controls of enabling or disabling Turbo boost in the BIOS.

Supposedly enabling or disabling certain settings in BIOS can turn off the Turbo Max 3.0 ability.

Turbo Boost 3.0 is supported.
As for Xeon's, I have spoken with the BIOS team and they are still working on getting more procs to certify with our boards.  No ETA at this time unfortunately.
