PWRON after PWR-Fail (if you might have a power failure, in Power Management Setup Menu)
Other than that, it really is just Windows settings. Go to Device manager, Advanced tab, and scroll to the two "wake on" options and make sure the dropdown says "Enabled." In Device manager, Power management tab, uncheck "allow your computer to turn off this device to save power." Then check "allow this device to wake computer."
If you still do not have success, try this BIOS setting also:
Wake-Up by PCI Card (Power Management Setup Menu)
I think you will find the computer may be waking when you don't want it to when you do this. It may actually be on most of the time, but I could be wrong. I turned these things off bc my computer was coming on in the night by itself when I didn't want it to - but I had auto sleep turned off as well.
