EVGA X20 Not charging past 86%

title pretty much explains itself recently got the X20 wireless mouse installed drivers and updates started charging it and every time i do it stops at 86% no matter how long i leave it charging it keeps stoping at 86%.

    I see the same thing you are seeing.  Today I connected my new X20, so I could test this.
     
    --> charge never indicates above 86%
     
    I'm using Unleash 1.0.27  on my W10 laptop
     
    Still not sure if it actually stops charging or just stops indicating above 86%

    thigs just got worse now the RGB stoped working. well still kinda works but then turns off mouse wheel start blinking red 3 times after like 2 seconds of them being on then they turn off. its very odd.

    Copy of manual should have been in the box with the X20; manual mentions RED blinking scroll wheel = "batter critical"
     
    ----> If using wireless:
     
    - what is sleep timer set to?

    - are you manually turning mouse Off when not in use? (switch on bottom, middle position = off)

    i dont think its battery critical it started doing this while it was charging took it off the charger and it was still doing it so idk it said it was at 86%.... i do have sleep timmer on its on like 60s it resolved itself some time after but its just another odd thing that happend with this mouse rgb is working again just odd that it stoped in the first place and not sure why its still not charging all the way.

    what is your profile / RGB settings?
     
    My X20 has been in use a few days now.
     
    I set RGB to single solid color & a very low brightness intensity (don't want my mouse to be a night light)
